Walk over to the beach to find sharks’ teeth, dolphins playing in the waves, or rise before the rest to watch the sun rise while you revel in the early morning peace and quiet. Play in the water all day with a board you rent from a local shop, or lounge in a beach chair with your toes in the sand. Great place for the price

Location and camper was awesome had everything you needed for a quick get away. Only suggestion is to consider replacing grill we would have grilled out but it was not use able. Otherwise great vacation!!!!

Myself and Family really enjoyed this stay. It is located in a family campground with extra bathhouses and a pool. The kids meet some cool friends and so did the dog lol. The place was nice, clean and equipped with all lines needed. Also had Charcoal and lighter fluid. AC worked great (Can be a little loud) . The bathroom light was out so we just moved a small lamp on the counter and it worked out good. The parking is kinda tight, I drove a 4-runner and no other car so we had plenty of room. I would say 2 smaller cars would also work... The outdoor shower was a hit with kids and myself. We plan to go back next year!! Thank you for letting us enjoy your proerty...

Wish I had taken pics to post of the property. Listing pics are very out dated therefore extremely misleading. I fully understand aging but not as shown. Knobs missing on the stove. Sink has major blemishes from wear through the years and have to be careful if you sit anything down. Bugs crawled out of the refrigerator as soon as it was opened with more on floor which crawled under kitchen bottom drawer. Freezer needs major defrosting. Light in the bathroom does not work. Dining room table is so wobbly can’t sit down to eat without spilling food. Flooring has really bad soft spots in front of the kitchen sink and in the bathroom. No instructions on how to turn on TV every one is different. Stated basic necessities to get started were provided but when powder for dishwasher was provided but no dishwasher made no sense. Only plus was AC worked well. We stayed our time and did not complain because aging can’t be fixed. However the review is accurate. Great location.

Not exactly what we thought...

This is our 3rd time staying at Rogers Bay. Our kids love the pool, close access to the beach, and being able to ride their bikes through the campground. This rental was older than what we thought - with a few cosmetic damages. The outside shower did not work properly. Complete linens were not provided for our stay (missing 2 flat sheets for the beds), and beds were not super comfy. However, the AC worked great for our hot days, the hot water lasted through 5 people taking showers, a full kitchen was provided with stove/oven/fridge and TV/Radio was available. So, overall it was a great stay - but just not exactly what we were expecting for the price.

It was hard to get in the door at check-in. There were no directions, just a code. It took a while to figure it out. It was fine after we figured out the process but it was frustrating to have to keep trying different arrangements of codes, especially when people are needing the restroom. The place is worn, several things were broken, tvs did not work, and needs some updating. There are soft spots throughout the camper and shower floor and typical camper maintenance for insects did not appear to be done. The ants attacked in the night the first night. All food was put away but a kid left a drink can out. We had to throw away food. Then the breaker box stop working. We had no electricity on the hottest day of the year. We had to take our pet on the beach with us so he would not bake in the camper. He is not use to the heat. I called and called from 11:15 to 3:30 before someone came by. No one called or texted. They left the door wide open when they left. Another guy had to come by, go to Lowe’s and return to fix it. It was a great location. It was nice to have the beach and pool that close.

Overall ok.

Overall not bad but we won’t return. RV is older so there’s wear and tear. Broken skylight in bathroom, carpet ripped by table, trim scraped/broken in places, floor has soft spots, shower floor pops up and down so you feel like you might drop through. No instructions on how to create the third bed so if not RV savvy…texted the company after arriving to inquire about linens and where third bed was. After 2 hrs and 2 calls to them, got a text message with a YouTube link and their office hours. Main bed had a fitted sheet, pillow cases and a scratchy, thin coverlet. Eventually found the other sheets in a cabinet. One flat sheet for each of the 2 other beds, a pillow with a sham on it and one thin, scratchy coverlet. Found a thin throw for the third bed. Website lists a full set for each bed. The AC vent was dirty and gross with black dust, not sure if mold. Very disappointed the outdoor shower didn’t work. Had hot/cold water but no cap at the base of the pipe so the water just poured out by the handles, there was no cap to force it up the neck and out the shower head. Tried to turn the fridge temp down as everything froze, a drip on the inside from the freezer added frozen water to things. Tried to use the stove to boil water for tea but the knob was only balanced and fell off, couldn’t get it back on to use. There were plenty of bath towels. There was a cart to use at the beach and that was helpful. Overall not a great value.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good afternoon, We wanted to make you aware that we were unhappy with our experience at your VRBO this past weekend. We ended up going out to eat, since you did not provide us with the proper kitchen supplies- no sponge, little to no dish soap, only 2 cooking pots, etc. The rental space was not clean and I have attached time stamped pictures for what the camper looked like when we arrived. As you can see there was gum stuck to the bed frame and there was a hard substance left in the bathroom. We paid $200/night for this rental. 1. The camper was not clean.2. We did not have the proper kitchen supplies that should have been provided for our stay. 3. The propane wasn’t turned and we as the guest should not have been responsible for turning the propane on.4. The camper had obviously not been checked out ahead of time or cleaned before we the paying guest arrived.I would like to know what compensation I will receive due to this inconvenience. I’m looking forward to a response from you today. ThankYou.
