The condo was well stocked, clean, and had different beds than showed in the pictures on listing (which the different setup accommodated us better). Loves having the beach closet to put our sandy items in and not have to put them back in the car everyday. Overall a wonderful stay and great host, who was very responsive when I would send a message.

Nice location, low key beach bungalow vibe

If you’re looking for a low key, no frills beach bungalow type apartment to drop your bags in while you spend your days at the beach - then this is the place. It’s in an older quieter building in Coligny with plenty of shops/restaurants in walking distance. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in April here and appreciated the convenience of everything.

Nice little getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Overall, the condo was clean and quiet, and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far and it’s close to the plaza which was convenient. It’s on the first floor, so we didn’t have to climb a bunch of stairs each time we came back to the condo. The owner was very informative and easy to communicate with, which is a big plus to me!

Beautiful location trumps all

Location makes this an outstanding value. Was surface level clean. Floor is uneven but the whole first floor of building is like that. Needs some updating. Was able to walk to beach and Coligny plaza. Great monthly rate.

Great location to Coligny Beach, shops and restaurants

Nice cozy condo with 6-7 minute walk to Coligny Beach. There were 2 ways to get to the beach, walk straight up Avocet to little side entry or walk a couple more mins to the official entry to the beach with bathrooms, shops, water fountain and lined walkway making it easy roll your beach wagon. Master bedroom nice and spacious with closet. Second bedroom smaller with limited storage but fit 3 people with their queen bottom bunk and twin upper bunk beds. Linens and cookware supplied as well as coffee filters, dish soap and small garbage bags (would recommend you bring bigger, stronger ones if you are staying several days). Does need a few updates (bathroom lights, master bedroom door handle kept coming off), but overall you are paying for location. There is a BBQ outside by a small canal that did have a sedate alligator in it, but the pool was gated and clean. I recommend this for a small family wanting fun beach time!
