Ground level duplex unit nestled directly between Little Lagoon and the beach! Spacious interior comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 2 private bedrooms (1 king bed; 2 twin beds) and 1 full bathroom (separate soaking tub and shower). Kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve a meal. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, standard coffeemaker - no dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pets considered with owner approval.
Easy walk to public beach access (0.3 mile) and a few restaurants (0.1 to 0.5 mile). Popular Gulf Shores highlights such as The Hangout, Gulf State Park and Pier, Waterville, and souvenir shops all located within 2 miles or less!
***Note: This property is a DUPLEX. This listing is for the DOWNSTAIRS private unit. The upstairs unit may be rented separately or will be occupied by another guest.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, smart tv's in bedroom/living room, fully equipped kitchen, outside picnic table.
* Bed/bath linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

Great location!

One street away from the beach, a nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything! This place had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have rented from Shonna many times and she is a delight to work with and very fast to respond to any questions. We will definitely rent again from her! Thanks for another great visit!

Pictures are very accurate to the condo. Very close to tons of restaurants, souvenir shops & the beach! It’s a little walk to the beach, but there is close public beach access parking available if needed. Would stay here again!

Great house

Check the leg on the kitchen table it is very loose. Don't want it to fall with stuff on it on anyone. Everything else fine. We put all linens and towels in washer with detergent before we left. We washed all dishes Spring on counter. All trash emptied and Pitt can on curb

Location was great! It was loud when the upstairs guests arrived. Just them walking around seemed like they were running laps but overall it was a great stay!

Vacation in Gulf Shores

Nice spring break place for us to stay. Very clean and seems like was just remodeled or updated. Would recommend to friends and family. Would like to return another time if possible. Short walk to beach and lots of room in house for us!!

Comfortable and Clean

The property was clean and comfortable. We were allowed to bring our standard poodle. We also enjoyed the bathtub. The weather was not great during our stay so we did not do much walking. However, the location is very convenient. We did not have an issue with any tenants upstairs.

Nice place!

Great condo close to the beach in Gulf Shores. Perfect for a small family and was exactly as advertised. The bathroom was spacious and we were able to prepare our own meals in the kitchen, stocked with necessities. We will visit again. The only issue was that the cleaning crew seemed to forget to sweep. The floor was a bit dirty and there were some clumps of hair and dirt but there was a broom in the closet. Great place overall!

Clean, quiet, great location!

Very clean and quiet. Minimalist and functional. Bigger space than it appears in the pictures! All the basic necessities were there. Very functional. The bathtub and shower were fantastic. Short walk to the beach. Cleaners left dishwashing pods, but there is no dishwasher… there was dish soap and a sponge though. Laundry room was a plus. Curtains in the bedrooms would be a nice addition, to give guests the option to keep the morning sunlight out if they wish. Would stay here again!

Poor cleaning

Thank you for our rental stay it was great. The only things that was disappointing as the lack of cleaning from the previous guests or the home cleaning crew.There was coffee and grounds still in the pot, dog smell and urine on the rug, sand on the sofa and floor. Please do a better job clean. Overall after our own cleaning great stay.
