Nice furniture but the cleanliness was very bad, like the fridge was Dirty, all the drawer of the kitchen realy dirty and the drawer of the stove Also. If you want picture, we have a lot. except the cleanliness all was perfect.

Beachside paradise

Overall the location was great! Steps from the beach. The condo was very well stocked with towels, toiletries, and everything you need for a day at the beach. Only thing was ice maker did not work, so we had to buy bags of ice. Also could have used some more throw rugs for sandy feet. Biggest downfall of the entire stay were the elevators. This was a 5th floor unit and only 1 working elevator. It broke down daily!! We even got stuck in it once and had to call fire department to get us out!! Very hard climbing up and down the stairs with little children.

Can’t beat waking up right on the beach, watching dolphins, walking the beach, swimming, and relaxing and at the end of the day watching the sunset. The condo has everything you need! It is very close to Restaurants and shopping. We Will be back again just like the last several years!

Overall very pleased

The location was wonderful. The beach, the people, so nice. The condo had lots of chairs for the beach along with toys and a cart for taking it all down to the beach. I would just say the cleaning people should let the owner know when the towels have disappeared and the place needs a deep clean to brighten things up, baseboards, faucets and general grime need cleaned, could use nicer pillows. But overall a fun place. It’s nice on the 6th floor with great views of the gulf and nice bright light in the morning from the bedroom window in the rear with a great view of intercoastal.

Amazing Beachfront Views!

Wonderful little condo right on the beach. Incredible sunsets every night. The beach was very walkable. The condo had numerous amenities including many beach related items. Beach chairs, umbrellas, float boards, etc... There were a few restaurants/bars within walking distance and many other places to visit within a 10 minute drive. We will stay here again. Highly recommend this lovely getaway on the beach.

Beautiful Sunset Views🏖

Our first time to stay in this condo. All the beach supplies were a huge perk!! The couches were super comfy, as well as the King bed. The open concept made it easy to have family visit for dinner and enjoy the sunset with us. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and the Condo was very clean! We’d stay here again!!

Great stay had everything we needed, beautiful area. I would upgrade pillows on bed they are old and barely a pillow any more and looked extremely stained up but other than that everything was great.

This place was decent but would definitely not stay again. Pros: The rooms were quite The beach was close The outside was clean The room had sand toys/ beach chairs It also had hand soap and trash bags Cons: When we entered we had alcohol in our fridge and it was sticky(maybe a perk to some but we don't drink and made us wonder about cleanliness) Getting in contact wasn't easy The room was left open for when we got there Although we knew the rooms were no smoking so was the balcony even though no mention of that was made The pool is shaded half the day (may be fine in the hot months but a tad unusable first of may) The elevators were sketchy The kitchen is tiny and if you are like us and like to cook on vacation this may be difficult cause it was limited on cookware The "balcony" is a pass through its shared which gives no privacy and our kids didn't feel like they could play outside cause we would always be in someone's way Its not handicapped accessible. No way a scooter or chair would make it to the room or in the room This place has no washer dryer inside although it has a pay machine in the breezeway which is sub par It wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed but I wouldn't go back

I just got back yesterday from a stay in this wonderful condo! We even had the privilege of meeting the owners. Ran into them on their way out as we were coming in. Very nice people! This place was spotless. Very clean and comfy. Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Perfect view of the ocean. Would stay here again with no hesitation.
