We had a great girls' weekend at this cute house in North Kingston. The house is comfortable and has all the amenities we could have wanted, including a wonderful "guidebook" put together by our hosts with a huge number of good suggestions for things to do and places to go. The location of the house in a quiet neighborhood, not far from Newport, was perfect for us. We were able to get into Newport quickly, but retreat to the quiet of the house after a bustling day out. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice home in a quaint NE summer like community. House is well equipped and the nearby beaches are great for relaxing & enjoying the views. Large yard adds to the positives of this spot.

Perfect home for our Mother-Daughter get away! Very comfortable and great location, nice neighborhood to walk, downtown Wickford close by and an easy drive to Newport, Narragansett and other locations. Appreciate that our Hosts welcome fur-babies and the fenced yard was an added bonus for her. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided by our Hosts ...sorry we couldn't stay longer, but will return!

This was great home base for our Newport, RI coast vacation. The home was very clean, comfortable, and the owner was very communicative. We enjoyed the neighborhood for morning/evening walks and runs. Wickford is a cute town to explore with good restaurants. A great stay.

Great Stay!

The Buena Vista cottage was a great spot for my family and small dog! The neighborhood is very nice and the house is exactly as described, it was clean, quirky, and charming. The hosts were extremely accomodating!

Lovely home

A gem on Buena Vista in Wickford

A wonderfully updated and quaint cottage by the sea. Enjoyed proximity to Wickford Villiage, Narragansett and Newport. Lovely neighborhood for walks with friendly neighbors. We really enjoyed staying for a long weekend.

Location, location, location!

Perfect Cottage by the Sea

This property was the epitome of a "cottage by the sea". It is beautifully decorated and has a very homey, relaxing atmosphere. It is centrally located to all the sights and things to do in Rhode Island. The owners are wonderful and let us know about things to do during our stay, and places to go which was extremely helpful, since it was our first time in RI.

Great location

Adorable Cape Cod close to URI and Newport. Clean and well appointed. Owners were very easy to communicate with and helpful. The only suggestion I would have is to ask for additional blankets for the bedrooms if you are staying off season.

Also, the heat in the house works very good so you could have turned that up as well. We never know where people are going to be comfortable so we try to keep it not too hot or not too cold. The cottage was lovely and easily accommodated our family of 4. We could explore area towns (most a short distance) and return for a lovely evening. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a beautiful location to enjoy a walk along the water. The hosts provide a book of suggested restaurants, activities, etc and they were spot on. Overall a wonderful stay!

Mansions vacation

Beautiful and very clean! It’s a bright and cheerful little cottage. The design and amenities were top-notch. They thought of everything and communicated well. It was a great place to vacation with our adult children. Centrally located to Newport mansions, the beach, antique stores and charming Wickford. We loved our stay there and definitely recommend it to others.

Beachy Cottage

The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. We were all impressed with the amenities. There were 5 of us and didn’t feel crowded. We visited downtown Warwick and drove up the coast. We walked to the nearby beaches. Exceeded expectations.

Cozy cottage/great location

The cottage is as advertised. Clean and cozy, but with living room and sun room there is plenty of sitting area. The kitchen has all appliances & equipment needed for those who like to cook in. The back yard is fenced in with chairs and firepit. Great for morning coffee or evening with family around fire. Quick walk to local beaches and a good central location for Wickford, Newport and Narragansett activities. Family had a great time and thanked me for finding a great place to stay!
