As Good As It Gets

This was our first time visiting this location as well as this property. The title says it all. The condo was very nice, well equipped, and we had an absolutely amazing time. My daughters 9 and 11 loves shelling at the beach and came home with a grocery bag full of shells. There pool nor the beach were ever too crowded to find a good spot to lay back and enjoy the fun in the sun and the check in as well as check out processes were simple and quick. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and everyone. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect Location and that VIEW!!!

The best part is the beach! With chairs, umbrellas, palm trees, and of course the shells, this property has exactly what you want out of a beach front location. The unit's screened in patio with the beautiful view was perfect. Everything was as pictured. They just need to update the mattresses (pretty hard). But after a day on the beach (every day) and bike riding, we slept anyway :)

Very good property and value

If I could have, I would have given this unit a 4.5-star rating. Overall, this is an excellent property. Location was great. Beach access was easy. The view was fantastic; you don't need to be in a higher or closer unit to see the ocean - no dunes here like on the pan handle of Florida. The pool location and activities did not disturb us sitting on the porch. The unit was roomy and spacious for family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The additional den area was not really used, but it made the whole unit seem much more spacious. Value for the amenities and location was very good. Only a couple of minor issues that kept this from a 5-star review: no ceiling fan on screened porch (parts of the fan were actually in a bucked on the porch); one sink in the master bathroom drained very slowly; the dryer took a couple of cycles to dry beach towels; and the front screen door was a little rickety. Other than these minor items, this was a fantastic property. I'd stay here again.
