Excellent Location!!

We love to fish on the Navarre pier and this condo was close enough to walk to the pier. The condo was nice and had everything we needed for 8 people. Thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable.

Amazing

We were in town for a wedding and a little relaxation. Condo was very clean and spacious. There was 7 of us that go to enjoy this place. In the morning, we would have our coffee and sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Evening sunset view were great as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Location

First time to Navarre. We absolutely loved it. Great location, property was clean and great ocean front views. We had an issue with one shower, and it was fixed within one hour of notifying maintenance. Would absolutely recommend.

Nice room, no complaints on room. Good size, lots of bathrooms for a 3 BR, but one of the elevators was not working and it caused alot of issues going up and down, coming and going. One ime, I had to wait 10 minutes just to go up to my room.

This trip did not disappoint! Beach, pool, pier and location were all awesome. Perfect for a large family. Plenty of room to spread out. Convenient to anything you could want or need. We definitely will be back to this one again.

Great place if you don't sleep there

The location of the condo was perfect and the pool was always crystal clear. However the mattresses in the two smaller bedrooms had a dip in it like someone had jumped on it for days. The mattresses in the double bed room and full bedroom were very, very disappointing. There was nothing that could be done except roll down into the huge crater in the middle of the mattresses. Also the TVs in these rooms were extremely small and one did not even work. We were told in the contract that management would not be responsible for non-working TVs and internet so contacting anyone was not an option. Lastly, housekeeping left a sign on the door to not enter because they were still cleaning the room . . . hard to imagine that they were cleaning when we arrived at 10pm. So it made me wonder if cleaning had taken place. There was sand in the beds and in one of the tubs, along with a box of filters left in the middle of the floor. This was a huge issue for me, especially when more intensive cleaning was anticipated. I called management and they said not to worry. The beach was very crowded. A few years back, an umbrella and two chairs were included in the cost of the condo rental. Now it's $35/day through a third party. The beach is too crowded but the fishing pier was awesome.

Great Stay at Summerwind

Perfect location for us since my sons and I like to fish from the pier. Also everything else (dining, recreation, and stores) was in easy driving distance.

Great place to stay

We have stayed in the Navarre/Fort Walton area several times....Navarre is our favorite because it is a little more low key, and beautiful. This condo was the best we've stayed in so far. Very nicely updated and decorated, clean, and the kitchen was better stocked than any unit we've stayed in. The Summerwind complex is a great place to stay, location is great, and we will no doubt be back again!

We loved staying here. It was very clean and had anything we needed during our stay. Our washing machine went out but they quickly swapped it our for us. We will definitely be staying here again. Wonderful views of the ocean from the balcony. I highly recommend this condo!!!!

Our Home Away From Home

Without hesitation, we plan to return to the same property next year, hopefully making it an annual trip. The condo was spacious and clean. The views were amazing!! Opening the front door for the first time and seeing that amazing view first thing, we knew immediately that we had made the right choice. Kitchen had plenty of the basics for prepping meals. More than enough closet space and hangers. The master bath was ginormous! We love, love, love this place! Cannot wait for our return.

It was amazing!

The place was wonderful. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. Getting to our place from the parking lot was easy. Had to call maintenance they were there within two hours. What I liked most it had a handicapped accessible bathroom which my brother needed. I hope to spend many many more times at this place.

Great week!

We have been coming to Navarre for years and this is my first time in the fall. May have been the best trip ever. Dolphin Watch condo was Great! I would come back in the fall and stay there again!

great place to stay

we stayed here for labor day weekend 2017. this is a great place to stay and a good location. it is right next to the pier. we were in the middle tower in 904c which is a end unit on the 9th floor. the condo was very nice ,comfortable and clean with plenty of room. being an end unit the balcony wrapped around which was very nice. the views were amazing from the living room and master bedroom. the lobby had carts for you to use to unload or load all your stuff onto them which was nice and made it easy. you had 3 pools and hot tubs to choose from which was nice and never crowded. i like the fact that you had to wear wrist bands so not just anybody could come in and swim. there is a little store located on the property that had a little bit of everything in it including ice which made it nice so you didn't have to leave the property. glad we found this place and already planning another trip stay here again.

Great location!

We loved Summerwind and Navarre Beach. The unit was clean and a bit worn. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent and trash bags. We were only given about 6 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, no dish soap, no shampoo and only two trash bags. We were in the unit for a week with 9 people including children. Anyone with small children will understand why I bring this up. Other than that, the location is great, condo complex was fine, beach was great and all within walking distance of two restaurants. The chair rental guy was so nice and tried very hard to accommodate everyone. We had two maintenance issues that were fixed within hours of calling the office. Would recommend this unit and will come back next time with all the necessities that were not provided.

We appreciate the review and are glad that the renter had a good stay. We provide a start up of paper goods and trash bags, but not enough for a week. In our instructions that are sent out a month before arrival, "Items you may want to consider bringing" states that renters will need to bring shampoo and other toiletries, ..... and dish and laundry detergent. And that small amounts of tissue and trash bags are provided. We are sorry that the renter misunderstood this. We hope they will come stay again soon!

Needs an upgrade.

Carpet was AWFUL. Old with nasty stains. Shower curtain covered in old mildew. Uncomfortable 2 full beds. Found hair in bedroom, bathroom and shower. Needs a better cleaning service. Blood on mattress topper. Not clean, felt dingy. Chair rental guy on beach was awful!! Picked a fight with guests whom had 6 condos in the Summerwind towers. Knew all of our chairs should be together and continuously moved and changed us around. When asked to get them together so we could be with our family, he said we were too difficult and that he would just kick us off the beach. We said thank you we will just sit in the sand so kids can play he stayed continuously probing the situation we were trying to remedy. Town and beach were quaint. Accommodations and service almost makes is NEVER want to return.

We are truly sorry about the problems during their stay. If we'd been notified of the cleaning problems, we could have resolved them immediately. A refund of the cleaning fee has been given to this guest. It is very upsetting to hear about cleaning problems, and we take this review as a chance to fix issues brought to our attention. The cleaning service has been terminated and the carpets have been cleaned. Since we have no control over the beach service, both the building manager and the association president have been made aware of this particular complaint.
