This is the worst place I have ever been with terrible staff.

This is the worst place I have ever been with terrible staff. They sold our parking space to other people and refused to refund the amount. We couldn’t get home for more than a week because the gates didn’t work, we had to climb over them, they ignored me and didn’t solve this issue. And when they finally called the technician, the gates were simply left open and our EBike was stolen from us. After I put forward my claims, they said that they would not communicate with me.
