The main living level is designed for gathering and everyday comfort. An open living, dining, and kitchen layout allows everyone to stay connected while enjoying Gulf views through large windows. The kitchen features new appliances, including a double oven, along with ample counter space for shared meals. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar.

Upstairs, two king bedrooms each include private ensuite bathrooms and access to the upper balcony. From here, guests can enjoy coastal views, watch seabirds along the shoreline, or relax on the loungers in the evening breeze. Both rooms offer generous space and views from the bed.
Above, the loft provides a quiet retreat with a twin daybed and views of both the Gulf and Little Lagoon. A small bar area with windows creates a peaceful spot for reading, writing, or enjoying a quiet moment away from the group.
The separate guesthouse adds flexibility for larger families or friends traveling together. It is accessed by a glass-enclosed skyway from the main house. The guesthouse den includes a queen sleeper sofa and a compact galley kitchen equipped with essentials such as a Keurig, blender, crock pot, shrimp boil pot, mini stove, and refrigerator.
