Papa's House - secluded gateway

Newly built log cabin with a soaking tub (please note: the bathtub is a little higher than usual and may be challenging for seniors or those with mobility issues), loft, and all the amenities. Enjoy your private panoramic view of the forest and San Francisco Peaks from your front covered porch. Vaulted ceilings, king size bed in the bedroom, futon couch/bed in the living room, and full-size futon bed in the loft. Your pet is always welcome here (just keep rover on a leash). Miles and miles of trails at 7,000 feet, perfect for hiking, jogging, or mountain biking. Only 5-minutes away from I-40 for easy access.

Papas house is a beautiful little cabin tucked into the side of a peaceful mountain range. My family enjoyed warm nights in the cabin and relaxing by a fire and amazing star gazing. I will be staying here again for future trips to Flagstaff.

Our stay was comfortable and and we had everything we needed for a cozy weekend away from the city. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft and the outside swing. The property is right by a nice hiking trail that we enjoyed. We look forward to visiting again.

This home is located on the property of the host, but the front door to Papa's House is facing away from the main house, and so it felt like a private cabin. I loved sitting on the front porch, looking out at the gorgeous view of trees and hills.The host was also incredibly nice. My dog and I had a peaceful and refreshing getaway. I would 100% stay here again!
