One of our favorite vacations yet! The home was reasonably close to the beach, spotless, and the pictures accurately show what the house looks like. The host was extremely helpful and communicative when we had any questions and we appreciated it so so much! 10/10 place to stay! Hoping to return next year!

Home was great! We had 4 families that shared the house and it was the perfect size! the host helped us arrange to rent a golf cart which was great lugging beach gear & kids to the beach each day! Home was clean and had tons of space for us all!

We loved this beach house that is close to the ocean. Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Pool was spacious and very well maintained. Would definitely recommend it and visit with my family again when in the Destin area.

Awesome home, spacious, clean and owner was super helpful. When we told him the fridge wasn’t working he came right away with new one. I definitely recommend this property!

We comfortably stayed with 16 people. The beds were very cozy and it was so nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Only thing to consider is how much food space there is for the refrigerator. Could use a separate fridge for drinks and overflow. The ice maker was great for beach coolers. Previous guests left lots of great beach chairs and toys. Beach access is a bit tricky as many entrances have private beaches, but we were able to get a spot by Crab Trap each day. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for back and forth. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

This property was awesome. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. Rich was always prompt to respond to questions and was helpful in terms of allowing us to check in a bit early as our flight was early in the morning. Also just depends on if house is rented out the day before your arrival. The back yard is a great place with a solid pool to hang out in after long day at the beach. The house does have plenty of random beach chairs, toys and a wagon that we used to haul our big cooler to the beach. Beach is just a short walk to get to public beach access but no complaints there. It’s really not that far. House does have a separate ice maker which is nice for a daily smaller cooler. A gas station is only a short few minute drive to grab some big bags of ice e daily. House is also conveniently located to get to a grocery store with a short drive as well. Overall I’d recommend this place if you have a large group. You will not be disappointed.

We loved the house! It was the perfect spot for some pre-wedding relaxation and hanging out. The house is in the perfect location for Destin/Sandestin; close to the beach, the Commons, and more. We were delighted at the space and amenities, too!

Fun Family Place

We visited with extended family and loved staying at this house. Plenty of towels, beach and pool toys. We loved that each room had its own bathroom and the kids took over the third floor bunk room. Highly recommend!

Very nice house and location! Plenty of room and the pool area was super nice! Our family had a great time! The owner and property manager were quick to respond to a dishwasher situation and came to fix the issue the same day. I would definitely stay here again!
