Property was very clean and fully stocked with anything we may have needed. Chris the host was super welcoming and communicated anything we needed to know. House is perfect for a large group of people. Definitely will be coming back!

Fully equipped with everything needed for 4 adults and 2 young kids. Chris was very communicative throughout the booking and while we were there. Beds were clean, but needed firmer mattresses. Even with some chilly and wet weather we enjoyed the fire pit and s'mores. The proximity to the beach and dining options are close.

Overall very nice stay. Great location, great size, plenty of beds. Grill was getting repaired which was unfortunate and both coffee makers did not operate. But we had a great time. Thanks.

The grill was damaged by a previous guest. We now have a new $1,000 Weber Gas Grill. The Keurig Coffee machine works. There's a sign next to it that says "Press reset button on electrical outlet if power button does not go on." The other coffee maker has also been replaced.

Everything you could need on vacation

We were cooking for 15 and had plenty of cookware, serving-ware, glasses and utensils. The beds and baths are fully stocked. There’s even beach toys, beach towels, boogie boards, an umbrella and cart to walk it all around the corner to the beach. There were even deer in our yard three of the nights we stay there. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.
