Lakefront Home 8Br 5Bath (Sleeps 24). Unobstructed views of Lake Michigan and a 200 step walk to the best section of Sheridan Beach. Firepit outside (propane), WIFI, Deck with big Weber gas grill, wood-burning fireplace, etc. Lower level (walk-out) just redone with LR, 3BR, new bathroom and front loader laundry. First floor also just redone - new kitchen, bath, and wood floors! Second and third floors both brand new - second floor with four bedrooms and two baths and two of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors to deck facing the lake! Spiral stair to third floor loft/bedroom for lots of kids with sliding glass doors to another huge deck. All floors with large decks with beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Beach is virtually private at this, the far end of Michigan City's public beach. Stand Up Paddle Boards and some Life Vests available for your use.

The house was perfect. The location was great. The only thing a little complicated is if you have a big party driving separately, you have to find additional street parking. It was fine for us, since it was winter. That’s probably a bigger issue in the busy months.

Amazing home on the beach! 5 bathrooms with shower or tub was a luxury for family and appreciate the communication with the owner. We will definitely stay there again!

This is a great place! Being right on the beach is awesome! It was very clean and the kitchen was full of utensils to use! The small drawback is the bedrooms and the walkout floor to the beach are quite small. But that is easily overlooked by the awesomeness of this place.

My family has rented this property for a number of years now and always enjoy our time. Plenty of space and amenities for all. We were blessed with great weather, which always adds to vacation time. We will do it again!

Our whole extended family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this spacious house with the beach just a short walk away!! It was perfect. The two fridges were a must for us as well as the outside shower and HUMONGOUS dining room table. It was awesome.

Felt the property was clean, well appointed, just as we expected. Some exterior lighting on the deck would be helpful. Hard to see the stairs going down. Multiple deck boards broken and a safety hazard on the deck path to the beach. Overall enjoyable.

Great property for our family get together. Easy foot path to the beach and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 5 adults and 8 kids. We appreciated the amount of dishes, silverware, cookware, and utensils available in the kitchen. Check in was simple and property was clean. The spiral staircase was a bit tricky to navigate with luggage, and none of our kids were quite comfortable with climbing it, but I imagine older kids and teens would enjoy it. We would definitely stay again.

It's our second time here. Had another great experience staying with my big multi-generation family. The beach was beautiful. No crowd. There were lots of rooms and the house was clean. Price is very reasonable. The whole family loved it so much and we plan to book here every year.

We've come to love this home and look forward to returning year after year. It is perfect for our family gatherings. The main floor is wide open and leads out to the great deck that overlooks the lake. It's an easy walk to the beach, so everyone is coming and going all day long! The A/C is monster strong and we never run out of hot water. All the appliances work perfectly. The owner is very nice and responds very quickly if I have a question. This is a very joyful house.
