Lakefront Home 8Br 5Bath (Sleeps 24). Unobstructed views of Lake Michigan and a 200 step walk to the best section of Sheridan Beach. WIFI, Deck with big Weber gas grill, wood-burning fireplace, etc. Lower level (walk-out) with LR, 3BR, bathroom and front loader laundry. First floor - kitchen, bath, and wood floors! Second floor with four bedrooms and two baths and two of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors to deck facing the lake! Spiral stair to third floor loft/bedroom for lots of kids with seating area with TV and sliding glass doors to another huge deck. All floors with large decks with beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Beach is virtually private at this, the far end of Michigan City's public beach. Stand Up Paddle Boards and some Life Vests available for your use.

My family, again, had a great week of visiting and eating. The house is located with easy access to Lake Michigan. It is great for large families with all the bedrooms and bathrooms; plenty of space to gather but also has places to separate and just watch the water.

Always our favorite place to meet and spend a couple evenings as colleagues. So much better than a hotel or conference center. House is perfect for our needs and always very clean and well taken care of. Todd is always very responsive and makes things easy. Hope to be back next year!

Group of 12 older relatives enjoyed the property and beautiful view of Lake Michigan. We had plenty of rooms for our group. Bed size for an older group like us was a bit challenging. The parking also needs to be explained to prevent a group of 24 having to park vehicles off-site. Luckily we had five vehicles and we fit fine. The property itself was lovely with plenty of seating for dining and playing games. Kitchen had plenty of dinnerware and utensils and pans. The host responded quickly to an appliance issue. Thank You Todd!The group truly enjoyed this gathering.

Where to start? Our time at this property, year after year, is cherished. Our family gathers together in this house each year where we all relax as if we're in our own home. The kids have the times of their lives running to and from the beach and up and down the stairs. Our family photo is taken each year on the deck with the lake as our backdrop. The amenities are great...A/C that is strong and hot water that never ends. The house is always impeccably clean and fully stocked with all the basics. Communication with our host Todd is always pleasant as he is very responsive and eager to make our visit the best it can be. We hope and plan to make this special house our summer destination for years to come. I encourage anyone planning a beach vacation on Lake Michigan to make this home yours, as we do.

This house was a great place to chill. We had 10 family members stay and there was a lot of room to spread out and relax as well as having enough hot water for everyone, which was a plus. Definitely a 10/10 and would chill again.

The house was perfect. The location was great. The only thing a little complicated is if you have a big party driving separately, you have to find additional street parking. It was fine for us, since it was winter. That’s probably a bigger issue in the busy months.

This is a great place! Being right on the beach is awesome! It was very clean and the kitchen was full of utensils to use! The small drawback is the bedrooms and the walkout floor to the beach are quite small. But that is easily overlooked by the awesomeness of this place.

Another great week at the beach

My family has rented this property for a number of years now and always enjoy our time. Plenty of space and amenities for all. We were blessed with great weather, which always adds to vacation time. We will do it again!

Our whole extended family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this spacious house with the beach just a short walk away!! It was perfect. The two fridges were a must for us as well as the outside shower and HUMONGOUS dining room table. It was awesome.
