We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was amazing with wonderful mountain views. The pool and hot tubs were fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and mattresses are definitely dated and could use a refresh but we loved our stay.

The unit itself is great with large bedrooms, bathrooms, and open area for dining and great living space. It is in need of upgrading furniture and windows. (one was missing the glass)
We were walking distance from restaurants, shops, hiking. There are trails everywhere! We loved staying here and would stay again. The furniture is a little dated but the place was inviting and comfortable not to mention the view was spectacular! The hot tubs came in handy after hiking all day.
It was a great location. It worked well for (5) adults. The location was perfect, ski in/ ski out location. Many hot tubs a nd large heated pool. Mountain View from every window. Plenty of room to watch football with a fire. Indoor parking very convenient with elevator directly to room. Highly recommended.
Overall it was a good experience. Clean and ready on time. But the condo does need some updates. Beds are alittle old, couches, chairs and carpet worn, kitchen needs some baking sheets. But it is in a good location close to the base of peak 9

Not all bad
Best part of this stay was the location, close to everything we needed, including skiing and the Main Street. Worst part was the price and it was super cold, heater didn’t work and the front desk wasn’t able to help us with that.
The location was the best. The condo had a nice layout. The condo is in need of updating. The family room furniture is in need of being replaced. Many of the window shades were broken and there was a broken window that had plastic taped up, the fan in one of the bedrooms was very loud, the ice machine did not work, there were lighting cans hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, hair dryer worked, but looked like it had been dropped as it was cracked.
I was in town with some family for a wedding & this condo was in the perfect location. We could walk everywhere down Main street & explore without the need for a car. The furniture and furnishings definitely need an upgrade. The blinds in the bedrooms wouldn't open & there were a few lights that didn't work......but overall location location!!

Great Location, but needs updating!
The location of this property is great - just steps from the Maggie! The layout of the condo was very nice as well, with a couple of issues. The balcony is tiny - almost useless. The furniture is getting pretty worn - some of the kitchen chairs are starting to fall apart and could pose a hazzard.

Amazing location, subpar condo
Pros: Cannot beat the location and ease of access to Main Street. Layout of condo is perfect for family using all bedrooms and have privacy of own bathroom.Cons: There is SO much deferred maintenance, it makes a large majority of the condo unusable. The windows are not functional, blinds are missing or missing the string to operate. The carpet is so stained and gross and fraying. The linens are like paper towels - zero softness at all. The main room furniture is very worn and fraying. The hot water was non existent in the kitchen and hit or miss in the bathrooms. The toilet seat in the half bath was cracked. It was a disappointment.

Not as advertised
Only elevator in the building did not work and was offline for 6 weeks with no prior notice. Issues in the VRBO that maintenance would not look at. The front desk said to contact host. Host said to contact front desk. Falling apart and signs on the front door indicating foreclosure. Disappointed in lack of response - not a good experience on VRBO and no refunds or any compensation for a bad stay.

Hi Ronald. We apologize the elevator was not operational, the HOA who manages the elevator did not make us aware and we since have been in touch with them regarding this. This property is not any risk of being foreclosed on and we are continuing the management of it.
Location was fantastic if you have beginner skiers in your group. Easy walk to ski ski school. The place isn’t elegant by any means. Just a little tired and dated.
This property was a disappointment- the furniture needed replaced eons ago along with the worn out rug in the living room. The bedding was very basic and no where near luxury as stated as was the bedroom furniture and mattresses. The condo did not have pool towels and we didn't bother asking for extra room towels after the rude front desk attendant at check-in and then the person who answered the phone when I called regarding pool towels. I understand these are trying times and I tried to postpone our trip- having rude service didn't help any situation. We stay in Breck frequently and I will avoid this property management company.

Great Location, needs some TLC
Really enjoyed the condo (it is spacious) and was the perfect location to ski Breck.
I waffled between 3 - 4 stars, here's why;
-1; Furniture is in desperate need of update. Chair cushions sag and the sleeper mattress is way past prime (we just slept on couch after first nite, did not use pullout).
-1/2; No bar soap in shower/tubs. I thought this was an oversight but was informed that bar soap was too expensive to provide (!). The irony here is that the only tray in the shower is for bar soap, consequently the 3 dispensers sit on the shower floor, and the soap dispenser was broken :-o
-1/2; TV/DVR remotes were all in the living room; never did get DVR to work in bedrooms. Living rm DVR was not connected to TV. The RCA cable was not plugged in and could not be extended to do so comfortably - had to push DVR to the back of cabinet and plug in by feel :(
That being said the kitchen was fine and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back but would like to see some attention to the above. Comparing the chairs to the VRBO picture it is obvious that quite some time has passed.

Hi Craig:
Thank you for your review.
In regards to the furniture - we will share this review - thanks for noting.
In regards to the bar of soap - in efforts to be environmentally sustainable, we offer our guests soap through reusable dispensers that we clean and refill after each guest. We will ensure that the dispensers in this unit are working.
In regards to the to the DVR and TV - we will have one of our maintenance team members look into this right away and ensure everything is working properly.

Great view and location but...
We loved the view and the central location to everything. The beds are still horrible. The master bed was rock hard. I didn't try the others but the only person that slept well was the one on the air mattress. Yes, the cushions are shot on the chairs but those were tolerable. We really liked this place in every other aspect.
Just food for thought before renting, you are on the 5th floor. The elevator was out of order for half our trip. So after a long day skiing, up 5 flights of stairs then its down to garage and over to get to the hot tub and then back up 6 flights of stairs. And then there was dragging luggage down to the garage just to see the repair man show up at checkout time at the end of the weekend. Frustrating.

Great location
This condo has great space and the location is great. You are right at Main and Park so can walk to most of the shops and restaurants. The week we were there was just at the end of ski season so it was really quiet. The reason we are giving it three stars is 1)the mattress in the master bedroom behind the kitchen is horrible. It caused my back to go out and that kind of ruined my trip and 2) the furniture in the living area has lost it's cushioning and is pretty low to the ground. Our group is all 5' 10" and above and all found it very uncomfortable. I notice there was a comment about the mattress in 2013 - thought they would have done something about it. Will not return - stayed at another condo in the same place two weeks earlier that we'll go back to.
