This was a perfect property for our fall visit to Massachusetts. Excellent property, host was available and provided for all our needs. We fell in love with the wood stove and the views!!Easy access to Concord and Salem without the hassle and expense of staying in downtown Boston.

This modern, bright, clean, and comfortable guest house on a GORGEOUS rural hilltop is my new favorite VRBO. I am in the area all the time both for work and personal, and I have tried every nearby hotel more than once. Fiona’s property is pristine and she is the ideal host.

This house and property was better than we could have ever imagined! We were able to use this as a getting ready location for our wedding in Harvard, MA. The home, atmosphere and surrounding area was absolutely what we needed. It’s a lovely home, the views from the porch are stunning and instantly bring you a sense of peace. Lots of buzzing bees and birds. Fiona was so kind to show us the house and welcome us. I’d absolutely come back again.

The house was very comfortable and clean, and the hostess was friendly and offered a quick intro to the house (door locking, convection stove). Supplies were great, bed very comfortable, and property was beautiful and private. The location was perfect for access to Concord, Lexington, and restaurants. The house has a sauna and laundry, and everything you could want or need.

We loved our stay at Fiona’s guesthouse ! We stayed there while our bathroom was getting worked on (we live 15 minutes away) it was perfect location as it was close to trails we walk at with our dog and to our work. We loved the spacious kitchen and the gorgeous bathroom. We hope to stay again
