Welcome to The Lobster Trap! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this well equipped home has everything from a high chair to beach chairs. This property is kid friendly with cabinet locks, outlet covers, high chair, and a pack and play. It is conveniently located about 1 mile from downtown Dock Square and 2 Miles to Gooch's beach! It is all sidewalked and great for riding the bikes. Included: Bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, beach toys, beach towels, and more! The heated game room has a ping pong table and a classic Pac-Man arcade game- it is a great spot to hangout on those rainy days. The freshly updated kitchen, living room, and dining room is open concept and great for entertaining. Exit through the sliding glass doors to the patio which features a Sauna, BBQ grill, Gas fireplace, and patio furniture. Central air conditioning throughout! The Lobster Trap sleeps 7 people comfortably:

The front yard is fenced in and great for kids or pets. The backyard is spacious, very private, and features a wood burning firepit, gas fireplace, Sauna, BBQ grill, patio furniture, and plenty of birds to watch! This property has parking for 4 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. This property is pet friendly upon prior approval ONLY. Pet fee is $150/dog with a maximum of 2 dogs. Exterior camera in front and rear of home. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!

Great house and location

We stayed here with our dog for vacation and had a great experience. The house had everything we needed and it was nice that they provided some soap/shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels to help get us started. The location is perfect and makes it easy to get places quickly. We enjoyed taking our dog to the beach every morning and night. We’ve been vacationing in Maine for many years and this was as nice of a stay as we’ve had. We will definitely be back next year.

Great vacation in kennebunkport!

The house was as shown on VRBO. The property manager Nate and office manager Brenda were great to work with very responsive. Only thing we would have liked to have seen is another bathroom even a half bath but other than that everything was great and bad a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much

Photos reflect exactly what house looks like. Very spacious. We had an issue with a toilet running and tank not filling but the issue was resolved quickly and effectively. Would rent this location again.

Coastline goes above and beyond in providing an exceptional experience while renting one of their homes. We are frequent visitors to the area to visit our child while in college and we always rent a home to make it easier to bring the furry members of our family and allow us to cook our meals to address allergies. Not only was the home truly a treat but the accessibility of Coastline to answer questions was something we have never experienced before. There were emails and text numbers provided, the responses to either were very quick and always gracious and helpful. We received reminders about trash pick up via text which were super helpful in case it had slipped our mind. Coastline will be a top search for us for all of our future visits.
