This place was great! In a quiet neighborhood near a brewery and a grocery store/other stores. Ideal for my short stay. Emma, the host, is great at communicating.
Had a wonderful stay at this tiny home last week! It’s definitely small, but incredibly cozy and well-designed. Even with the snow, it felt like a perfect little winter cabin retreat. The amenities were great and anything else I needed was under a 10 min drive . Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! Thanks Emma!
Emma has a beautiful property that is so cute and cozy. The house is a good size and is equipped with all the little things to improve your stay; mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and TV. Emma provided towels, cooking utensils/dishes and even a snack (chips) when I arrived. I had an enjoyable stay and would stay here again.
I stayed a night in Springfield to head to a flower festival over in Mansfield. Emma has decorated the house so cute and with all the comforts of home. Was perfect for the quick stay i had.
The house is def as stated, "a tiny house." It is exceptionally clean and the host was quick to respond, good at communicating. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to locate. The reason for the 4 stars overall: 1) the door- the door to the property doesnt close all the way because the frame is so narrow it can not latch. The piece where the deadbolt locks into sticks out past the door frame, making it not secure. The seal is also not great due to this issue. & the bottom of the door gets caught on the flooring, so you can only open the door halfway at best.2)The bathroom- which is part of the kitchen, no door/privacy access. Which is awkward, but also, unsanitary. Those odors shouldnt be escaping to the entire home... theres no exhaust fan/vent. Would have preferred even a playwood wall/door. Plenty of space to allow for a separation.
Very cute!! Little smaller than i was picturing but I didnt mind one bit. Comfy bed and good AC. The check in process was very easy. Very quiet neighborhood and communication was also good. Not a single complaint at all.

The house was clean and beautiful! There was a coffee pot, fridge, microwave, and a little burner for cooking. There was a set of dishes and a pan. Emma was super helpful with answering my questions. Lovey property and safe neighborhood.

Emma is a great host. She made sure I had everything I needed and checked on me to make sure I was OK. Her tiny house was gorgeous and had all the necessary amenities that I needed. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.
This tiny home is perfect for 1-2 people, very cute and comfortable with everything I needed for a weekend stay. Bed was soft and comfortable and the room was stocked with extra towels, a coffee bar, basic kitchen accessories, a mini fridge and a microwave. There were even some snacks and waters in the fridge. The property manager was in touch throughout my stay and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
Property is as described and is a cozy. Host was easy to communicate with and made process easy! Due to enjoying to many adult beverages I ultimately ended up staying at my friends house for the night and not in this home.

Krissa was a great guest. She asked for local recommendations to visit in order to support local business. She was great and I would certainly host again!
We were in town to celebrate a 40th birthday & happened upon this listing. Emma, the host, sent the info the day before and everything was explained in detail. Tiny home was so cute and well thought out. Bed was comfortable & the heater kept everything cozy even on a damp December night! Would definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
It was a shed someone turned into a tiny house only a trundle bed, toilet, shower and kitchen all in the same room listing stated two rooms 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There was absolutely no privacy while Inside. The door going in also scraped the floor when opening it. My wife and I did not stay there we went to a hotel instead for ourweekend stay so we payed for this place and a hotel. Really disappointed, and I message the owner and told them we were not staying there and didnt hear anything back from them other than whats wrong with it. I messaged them and let them know our feelings about it with no eesponse back. We spent about 250.00 more having to get a hotel that we did not plan on.

Typically when a guest chooses not to stay at the property they booked, I will ask them if something was wrong to have caused this but Logan’s response was that they didn’t realize it was going to be so small and no closed off rooms between the space areas. If they wanted a refund or some sort of compensation, they could have tried asking but they did not.
Also, I wouldn’t have compensated 100% anyway because they chose not to stay due to personal preferences. The listing photos are very straightforward. It is a “tiny home” or “cottage” of about 90 sq. foot of space, it is studio style which is also included in the description details.
My stay here went very well. It is a cute tight space. It worked very well for my girlfriend and I but you got to be comfortable with one another do to the bathroom situation. My only complants came from the bed, the AC, and the door. I didnt reach out to the owner so moslty I was just dumb about the AC and bed but the AC was not intuitive and the bed had a extion but we couldnt ever get them to match up with the orginal bed. Again probably there were answers to those but we were out to much to make a fuss about it. The door however never seemed to line up so it made it hard to shut and feel like it was shut. Overall however it was a great experience, the extra amenities like towels, coffees and the fire pit stuff were much appreciated
I grew up primarily in Springfield, MO so please feel free to ask for any local recommendations. I love to travel myself when I can and renting out my property allows me to save some money to do so.
Why they chose this property
The Galloway neighborhood is super cute and quiet. It’s nice to live in a city and have access to everything I need without feeling like I live in the city.
What makes this property unique
Any sort of “tiny home” is always going to feel a little different. I try to ensure that it has everything guests need to feel comfortable!
