The place was as described. It is a bit "worn" around the edges and the outside area (pool, outtub, deck) needs a good tidy-up. The spaces are great for large groups! The kitchen, dining and number of bedrooms is great. The location is good as well for traveling all around Austin.

Could use some updating. One tv for the first day. They brought a 55” to replace the 65” that was by the pool in the pictures. They mounted it on the far end by the deep end of the pool where you cannot easily see it from the shallow side or hot tub. Flooring is very worn. Outside futon is worn, foosball wasn’t usable. Looks like it may have been decent at one time, but needs some attention in several areas. Worked ok for guys hanging out for the weekend. Hoped for more. Seem like nice people, but this one needs some care,

We loved this family-friendly VRBO with plenty of rooms and beds to fit our family. The check in process was smooth and we had everything we needed. The large covered pool and well stocked kitchen made it perfect place to just hang out and relax. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Austin area.

Great spot in a nice neighborhood

I spent a few wonderful days lounging at this property and enjoying all the space and roomy kitchen not to mention the excellent hot tub.

Great stay for a work retreat

Thank you for letting us stay at your home. There were plenty of beds/space for everyone. We also liked the area (in quiet neighborhood). Pool/Spa were great additions. The pictures & descriptions were accurate.

Great place to stay!

Our family of 9 stayed here for 3 nights, and we had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room throughout, and we enjoyed the outside pool area and we loved the hot tub! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with tableware and supplies - we really appreciated the labels on the cupboards letting us know where things were. The neighborhood was quiet, but was close to shopping, restaurants and the lake. We had a great time.

Pool is old and stained but cleanGood patio furnitureWas going to try and use the grill but it was way too oldKitchen floor is ruined by water damage and tore up the bottom of our feet Bedrooms and bathroom were clean but dishes in the cabinets were dirty. No normal sized spoons (all were very large) and very little silverware. Only one pot so hard to cook well. Beds were clean but very hard.

The pool was fun! However the experience was not. We got in to the first night with the AC not working downstairs and it getting up to 80’s degrees. Then we go outside and the advertised TV is not there and there’s not a propane tank for the fire pit/sit down. There was only one TV for the whole property and there was 6 rooms. Then Friday night, another party tries to enter the property stating they were supposed to be checking in at the property. They had another property but it seems they were given the address for the one I was staying at. Super scary to think about another party being able to enter while you’re sleep at 11:00 pm night. The HVAC people did not show up till after 10:00 am Friday and it was already too hot. They also were not able to get into the room and we spend time trying to locate the unit to get it to work which was in the garage. The owner did not answer either one of our calls during this. Also, you get charged a 99, hot tub fee but if you don’t want to use it shouldn’t it be removed? Overall, the pool was the best part but everything else was nixed.
