This Absolutely beautiful one-story home offers 4 bedrooms, a lush huge green yard with swing set. This home is located in Tarzana and is near Ventura Blvd. The rodeo drive of the Valley. Drive to the best of LA including Universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Malibu beaches are just over the hill. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles and come back to this Oasis, relax on the back patio and grill with the gas BBQ, all while kids play on the swing set.
Monthly rentals do require paying utilities.
Short term bookings:
Spa heating is $76 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $179 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat).
Please let us know what days and times you want the spa/pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay.
