Summary:
Newly renovated with something for everyone. We have a family friendly home that caters to all ages. A pool (not heated), spa right off of the pool, basket ball court, tennis court, putting green, garage is a full service gym. Inside features a chef's dream kitchen, two master bedrooms plus two additional, pool table, gas fireplace, large tv's throughout. A fully functioning bar for entertaining. This house is made for a dream vacation.

We have equipped the home with Party Squasher and Noiseaware.

PARTY SQUASHER counts the number of people at the home by counting smart devices around the home. It does nothing more than give the number of devices.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOME. If it is found that there was smoking in the home we will not refund your deposit.

PLEASE NOTE that landscaping comes 2x a month and the pool service comes 1x a week. The dates and times of these services fluctuate. Please keep in mind that these services may occur during your stay and will be unannounced. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

NOISE AWARE is a smart-home tech device with a microphone that does NOT record audio. It simply tracks the decibels and notifies me if things get too loud past a certain hour. Our guests’ privacy is a top priority and will never be compromised. If these devices are disconnected we will automatically be notified.
