Welcome to our newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, conveniently located less than 5 miles from the Happiest Place on Earth – Disneyland! This mid-century modern style retreat is the perfect home base for your family's adventure in Fullerton and is just minutes away from many Orange County top spots:

- Knott's Berry Farm Theme park
- Angels Stadium
- Huntington & Newport beach
- Fullerton Loop MTB Trail
- Famous Outlet of Orange shopping mall, and many delicious restaurants.

The house is newly renovated with a new floor and fully furnished with new furniture and bed/bath essentials.

The KITCHEN
- The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, toddler's dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, and wine glasses
- Refrigerator, 5 burners range with oven and dishwasher
- Toaster, blender, air fryer, rice cooker, microwave
- Drip coffee maker, electric kettle

The DINING ROOM
- Dining table and chairs for 8 people

The LIVING ROOM
- 70' HDR Smart TV with Roku tv, Netflix & Disney +
- A Sofa bed with a full-size mattress is ready for you
- There is an extra airbed inside the hallway closet for more sleeping arrangements.

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with a queen bed, a closet, and an en suite bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and one with a bunk bed & a twin bed. Both share the bathroom right down the hallway.

BATHROOMS
- 2 Full baths (supplied with Hair dryer, towels, makeup towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper.)

The GARAGE
- The garage is converted into an entertainment room for your family with a sofa, working desk, and a 65" Smart tv with Roku, Disney +, and Netflix.
