Lakefront Getaway on Lake Lanier w/ Boat Dock

This Buford home is the perfect place to leave your worries behind and enjoy some relaxation. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a variety of modern amenities. If you have a boat, you can dock it right at the property and spend your days fishing and boating on Lake Lanier. When you're not out on the water, you can relax on the deck, grill a meal, or cook up something new in the fully-equipped kitchen. And in the evenings, enjoy the sun set on the party deck.

Our home features a 2-level party deck and a covered patio, as well as direct lake access and a kayak provided for your use. With a fully furnished deck, a dock for up to a 25-foot boat, a gas grill, and a fire pit, you'll have everything you need for outdoor fun. And when you're ready to relax, head inside to the cozy wood-burning fireplace and watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV.

We have three bedrooms available for our guests, including a king bed, a queen bed, and a full bunk bed. All the bedrooms have a TV to enjoy. The living room also features a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a dining booth, dishware and flatware, a Keurig, a blender, and a toaster.

Our home also offers several amenities to make your stay more comfortable, including central air conditioning, central heating, a washer and dryer, and free WiFi. We provide linens, towels, and basic toiletries, as well as hair dryers and hangers. We also have keyless entry for your convenience, and there are four exterior security cameras facing out for added peace of mind.

There is parking available in the driveway and garage for up to two vehicles each, as well as boat and trailer parking. Please note that stairs are required for access to our home.
