I can’t say enough amazing things about our room - clean roomy views galore loved having the extra suite right on the beach. Water park was a hit and the pool was so refreshing! Not to mention the food at Splash was delicious - even the coffee bar was great! The host was so helpful and was so easy to work with! Check in and check out was a breeze! Thanks for a great vacation!

This was a very nice, well maintained property. We had more than enough room for 8 people. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was fantastic from all 3 balconies. It was clean. I gave it 5 stars because it was excellent. The only negative I had was that there was no pantry to store your food but it was no problem to stack what we needed on the counter. We were only left 3 wash clothes for 8 people but plenty of towels, we remedied this with a quick trip to Walmart for a cheap pack. There was a smell of mildew in the mother in law suite. Nothing major enough to effect the 5 star rating. We really enjoyed our 7 night stay and would definitely stay again.

There were no batteries in the remotes for the televisions. Had to buy some. Couldn’t get the television in the guest bedroom with the bunk beds to work. Tried several times with no success.

Had an amazing stay with our family! Fully staffed kitchen made it easy foe home cooked meals on nights that we didnt eat out. AMAZING views from every room in the condo! Just stunning! The host was very kind and was even able tonget us in the unit a bit early, which was a big relief after our 12hr drive! The resort itself was great for the whole family! Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay!Nothing is perfect so a few things we noticed was not enough elevators to accommodate the number of renters. Also, the elevator door closed so fast once you did get one. Not enough time for people to get off and reload before doors were closing.We thought we were in West tower and ended up in East tower but no problem at all! All the water activities are really close together. Our property manager we rented from was very attentive to us and informative.Splash is a great resort for families. The cost was elaborate for a week but comparative to other excellent places to stay.

Second annual stay at this unit. Everything's setup perfectly for a family of 8. Well stocked kitchen. Good location. If you need grocery or food delivered I suggest picking up in the Alvins Idland parking lot vs. Trying to have drivers find your room.

My Family has stayed at splash every year for the last 3 years and I have to say this condo was by far the best one yet! Each bedroom having their own balcony with a perfect view made it amazing! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. 10/10 would recommend and we are looking forward to booking this condo again next fall!

We really enjoyed our stay. At this resort. There was a slight movement mistake made but Mr. Mann the owner took care of it asap. I will definitely be coming back and staying in Mr. Mann’s condo again.
