This spacious home boasts over 3300 square feet of living space, including two large common areas perfect for socializing. The two master bedrooms each feature a luxurious en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom offers privacy and comfort. The bunk bed room is designed to accommodate two couples and two children, or six kids. For extra sleeping space, there are two brand new high-end Tempur-Pedic sleeper couches, which provide the best sleep of any sofa bed on the market. Combined with silky sheets, big fluffy pillows, and full heavy blankets, these couches provide a comfortable night's sleep.

Our state-of-the-art kitchen has everything you need to whip up a large meal or serve your Uber-Eats. The large dining room table can seat up to ten people, and there are five more high-back swivel chairs along the oversized kitchen peninsula. With full-length balconies on the first and second floors, you can enjoy the sunrise on the Scioto River with your morning coffee.
