Property extends past the enclosed yard to the high tide line for beach enjoyment. The open concept and stylishly decorated home features a beautiful and functional high-end kitchen with adjoining dining area and open to a large comfortable living area. Main floor has a bedroom and 3/4 bath which can be closed off for privacy. The second level features 3 bedrooms including master bedroom and ensuite with walk in shower and soaking tub. Enhanced internet 1G Fiber Optic for remote working. Keep windows open for ocean breezes or relax with whole house central a/c. Tenants can enjoy the 2 car garage and have use of beach toys and bikes along with bedding and linens. A whole house generator switches on automatically. A well behaved dog is considered.
