The location is very good. Easy access to beach and pool. The condo itself in Captains Quarters needs updating, and a better job of cleaning especially in the main bedroom bath.The 2nd condo we rented in Shipyard A was very nice. Good updates, clean, very well maintained.Parking for both is good with an inside assigned spot and open parking outdoors.

My family has been coming to Litchfield by the Sea for almost 40 years. This wasbthe first year staying at Captains Quarters and we all agreed it was our favorite place tk stay! Loved this unit! Clean, so easy to access pool and beach, beautiful views! Unit was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, towels, bedding, pillows, and books! Communication was flawless. Quick to respond to any questions we had! Would definitely book again!!
