Wonderful place for its price and closeness to the beach! The heated pool adds up to great day at the beach. Apartments has all the necessities. Definitely would like to come again!

Checkin was easy. Very friendly staff. Location was across the street from the beach. If you parked at the beach, it would cost $35. Had a nice pool if you did not use the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and fit 3 people comfortably. We loved having the beach right across the street. The check in process was very easy and the front desk staff was super nice! Would definitely stay here again!!

Had a wonderful weekend stay here. The condo was in a perfect location right across the street from the public beach parking. Everything was clean and the host was great to work with. We’d definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic location. Right on Glendon Beach. We showed up late but we had no issue getting in the room. We were here for only one night so we didn’t get a chance to fully appreciate the place The bed was comfortable with enough space in the unit to relax and unwind from our day. The owner was clear as to expectations and how to check in

Great Location, Nice Complex

We enjoyed our stay here. It was centrally located and close to many family friendly activities. Easy walk to the beach. The AC kept if cool.

Yes, the beach was beautiful. The pool was great. The only downside was at the bedroom was on the small side. Everything else was great. I would definitely consider returning.

This property was exactly as described. Great view of the ocean that was across the street. The property is very dated but was clean. The only problem we had was we arrived at 4 and had to wait a little over 30 min for the person in the office to come so we could pick up our key. There was a note on the counter that said they would be back, when I called after waiting 20 minutes, it just went to voicemail so there was no way to get a hold of anybody. The other thing that bothered my family is that people were constantly smoking right outside our door, even with the air on and doors and windows shut it came through into our living space and it bothered my son who has asthma. Not the host’s problem but just wanted to make others aware of the situation.

Fantastic spot near the beach!

5 stars all around. The place is right next to the beach - nothing like feeling that ocean breeze right when you wake up and being able to swim at any time during the day and not worrying about parking. Overall place is great if you’re coming alone, with friends, or a small family. Gary was a fantastic host - super responsive and answered all my questions. I’ll be back here for sure!

Loved that it was as close to the ocean as it was. Had trouble with TV & ended up calling Comcast for help. So glad for A C but it was a little loud.

They do not provide linens and that was not communicated to me prior to arrival. The stairwells are poorly lighted. The unit was clean and the manager was courteous.

Lacking amenities

Very bright light on rear door. No mini blinds. Bed was caved in the middle. Had to spray Lysol in ac to get rid of the mildew smell. No key for slider. Shower curtain had mold on it

Hi Ronald. Thank you for the feedback. Are you referring to the front door, or the rear balcony door? The balcony door has blinds, and you had to manually adjust them as necessary to block out tbe light. Had you contacted us during your stay, this would havs been easily resolved. For the bed and the AC, this was an issue with previous guests, where they damaged the bed, unknown to us, until you let us know, and has been resolved. Same with the curtain, thanks for the heads up on these! For the key for the slider, if you have asked tbe property owner, he would have told you that no one in the condo has a key for it, even we don't have it! This is unfortunately not something the owner has control over!
