(30-Day minimum) - Everyone who stays here loves this Scenic-Serene-Safe $1.3M home in an upscale neighborhood on a wooded 1-acre lot. In the evenings, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets while eating or relaxing out on the deck around the gas fire pit. In the morning, you can enjoy coffee or breakfast on the MBR deck. The kitchen, sunroom, LR, BR's are spacious & comfortable. You're just 10 minutes to shopping, restaurants, tourist sites, and 20 minutes to downtown.
The space
You'll love the spacious and fully stocked kitchen. The Master Bedroom Suite is a great space with large patio door/windows and outdoor deck, plus a comfortable sitting area with 65" TV, memory foam queen bed, computer workspace hutch, walkin closet and master bathroom. You will enjoy the large living room with gas fireplace, dining room and TV sunroom. We have a same floor high-end washer and dryer and a stationary bike. You will also be just 2 minutes aways from fantastic hiking/biking trails.
Guest access
Your space will be the 2800sf on the upper level of this home with your own private front door entrance. There is a separate apartment in the lower level with their own entrance.
Other things to note
We are confident based on the joy we have and others have had, living here that you will really like this place to call home for one or two months. We look forward to serving you.

Our 1-acre property is safe, serene, and scenic and more affordably priced than many other properties in the Denver mountain foothills neighborhoods. This rooms in this home are pleasant, spacious and filled with natural light from the more than 250 feet of windows and patio doors.

You willl enjoy living in this scenic, safe and serene 7500' elevation 1-acre property.
You are only 3 minutes from the I-70 interstate, 10 minutes to shopping and restaurants, and only 20 minutes to downtown Denver.
