Walking or biking distance to wonderful Walsingham Park/Lake and the Pinellas Trail as well as 8 minutes to Gulf Beaches. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or a glass of wine on the rear tree-shaded private patio. Great location for beaches, downtown St. Pete and open air markets.

Pristine and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here - it's the perfect size for a couple and it's great how the living area and sleeping area are separated into 2 floors. It gives this unit a feel as if its a much larger home. The unit was pristine and we loved the decor. The balcony was a nice bonus and great for morning coffee. Our host even made sure there was fresh cream in the fridge for our coffee. I would definitely recommend this property and would return again.

Das kleine Ferienhaus lag in sehr ruhiger , schattiger Umgebung. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Der Gastgeber Thomas war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gab Tipps zur Umgebung und Restaurants. Wir haben auf Nachfrage Beachstühle und einen Sonnenschirm bekommen.Ein großer Park liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
