Completely remodeled in 2016 and well cared for, it has 10 foot ceilings, lovely original features like a carved archway and original refinished hardwood floors, and marble bathroom tile. There is a large yard, and the neighborhood is quiet, but easily walkable to coffee shops and a bus stop. There are two bedrooms with queen beds - the largest bedroom has sliding doors, a desk and a large dresser, and the second bedroom has a large closet. There is a beautiful eat-in kitchen with GE Cafè appliances, farmhouse sink, and stackable washer and dryer. A 65 inch smart TV makes it easy to log in to any streaming service and relax. Large windows in every room provide plenty of natural light all day long. The home has everything that you would need from dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, toaster, stove, refrigerator, table and chairs, towels, fresh sheets, iron, Dyson vacuum, etc.
The high speed 1 Gbps internet connection and wifi are provided by G00gle Fiber, which is one of the best, fastest, and most stable internet providers in Austin. G00gle TV provides one of the most up to date technologies for the best digital TV available.
Be right in the center of Austin by staying in Hyde Park. Venture out into the rest of Austin during the day and come back to your new relaxing home. Walk, jog, or bike around the neighborhood and enjoy the historic homes, huge trees, and parks in this trendy and quiet neighborhood.
Everything you need is within just a few short blocks. For dining choose from ASTI, Quack's, Curra's, Hyde Park Bar and Grill, and Julio's. Go grocery shopping at the local and organic grocery store, Fresh Plus. Get on the bus a few blocks over and head straight to downtown and back.
