This newly remodeled home features a great sized living room, kitchen/dining room and large bedrooms. Come enjoy the large fenced in back yard with hot tub, wonderful patio, two fire pits, hammock and dining table.
The available dock boasts two swings and a view of the most breathtaking sunsets. Boat launch available in neighborhood with key.
Bring your family and friends to relax or if you must, you will find Internet, two desks, DVD/Blu-ray player and plenty of TV's!
This house has it all, perfect for adults but also ready to host children with movies, games, baby items(high chair, pack and play and toys) and more.

Great Place, Friendly Host, Nice Dock!

This property worked out perfect for our stay. Easy lake access with the boat dock and nearby private ramp. Nice decor. And the host made sure we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect house for a large family. Each group had their own bathroom & good bedroom space. Kitchen big enough for all of us & plenty of room in living room for downtime after boating on the lake all day. We had a wonderful stay at this house!

Lake trip

Clean house, nice kitchen, and lake access. We came for a family weekend. The water at the dock was only a few feet deep. The kids enjoyed swimming and fishing at the dock. The house had everything we needed and the private boat ramp was just a few houses down.

The house was perfect for 10 ladies going shopping in Canton for First Monday Trade days! The house was very clean and decorated so cute! There was plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

4th of July

Our stay was wonderful. There was a small issue when arriving but Kim made sure we were taken care of. She even brought by a care package with lots of goodies for both adults and kids! The property was very clean and it fit our crew perfectly. The kids loved the hot tub and the boat dock was great for our pontoon. We will absolutely stay again!

Comfortable and peaceful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was always available when we had a question. The home was decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable, the a/c blew cold, and the home was very well stocked with everything we needed. The coffee and snacks were a nice touch. We loved relaxing on the back porch, under the ceiling fan. The protected cove allowed us to enjoy kayaking and paddle-boarding. We loved it and will be returning!

Relaxing

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better—close to a variety of great restaurants and stores. We also took a boat to a nearby waterfront, which was such a fun and convenient experience.The home itself was spacious, updated, and beautifully designed. I really appreciated all the little details that made it feel special. My granddaughters absolutely loved the bunk bed room, which was thoughtfully stocked with toys to keep them entertained.One of my favorite parts was spending the mornings on the dock, relaxing in the hammock and taking in the serene view. In the evenings, we unwound in the hot tub—perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I can’t wait to return!

I love having people enjoy my home... one of my favorite places to relax is in the backyard... out on the dock in the hammock swings.
I am also a Realtor and Property Manager in the metroplex so Gun Barrel City allows me time away from work!

I love our huge back yard that leads right to the water! Our dock is amazing - and the home has been completely remodeled just as I love it! I hope you will enjoy it too!

Peace and Quiet - plus the relaxation on the dock!! Although we have been known to turn up the music and let the kids go wild in the backyard! *Of course before our 10pm quiet time :-)
