Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.

Welcome to our brand new apartments in the Gregoria Perez 3900 complex! These two apartments are located in the heart of Colegiales, just a few steps from the gastronomic and nightlife center of Palermo Hollywood. With one bedroom and one bathroom each, they can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 people traveling together.

The units are located on different levels (First Floor and Fourth Floor). Both have large balconies and terraces with barbecue, ideal for enjoying an afternoon barbecue with friends or family. In addition, each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. If you prefer to eat out, there is a wide variety of dining options just a few meters from the complex.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year. Single beds can be converted to double beds for added comfort. There are also two additional single sofa beds in each apartment.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.
