About the host
Hosted by James Lynch
We give our guests space, but are always available. Exchanging travel stories and getting to know one another is a pleasure; however, we respect that some folks just want to keep to themselves and that is okay too!
I'm from Rhode Island originally, went to college at Eckerd in St Pete and have lived in Sarasota for more than 10 years. My wife is a native. We are both involved in our community and my wife works with at risk youth. We are well traveled and enjoy sharing the best of Sarasota with others!
Looking for recommendations on where to go and what to do? Just ask!

Why they chose this property
This home is in South Gate - a neighborhood full of mid-century homes with tons of character. People are always out and about, riding their bikes and walking their dogs. It is a very safe area with Arlington Park a block away. There is a public pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, rec facilities and more.
Southside Village is a longer walk and the hot spot for locals and visitors in the know. Location, location, location - it's our duty to know as Realtors!
We are famous for Siesta Key, but Lido Key is my favorite beach with a public pool and extremely clear water and less of a hike to the sand; then, make sure you have lunch at St. Armand's circle - truly the best part of Sarasota.
