The location is convenient, with easy access to major highways, shopping, and dining. The famous Camelback Mountain and the Phoenix Zoo and the Airport are all less than 10 mins away.
Our property features 2 master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and an additional half bathroom. You will find a private backyard with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a meal outside. The space The property is located on a private street that used to be an easement for an old ranch down the street. It is the second house on the right side and one of six houses located on the street, so it is very quiet. It is a dead-end, so there’s hardly any traffic on the street.
This home was recently remodeled in 2022 and the street is currently in the process of being developed. Although you may occasionally see some bulk trash from the neighboring residence while driving in, please be patient as we work to make this secluded street the most beautiful private street imaginable!
Also, I plan to grow vegetables for you to enjoy during your stay, so I may need access for my team to come work in the yard to build a vegetable garden during your stay. I will communicate with you to make sure you're aware and that you're absolutely okay with this and only then will we proceed with our work.
