Cottage was very nice and clean. We loved that the kitchen had everything we needed. The Cottage had everything we needed and more. The only complaint we have is the bed in the master bedroom. That could possibly needed some upgrading. We actually left a day earlier because the bed wasn't that great!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was fantastic—close to both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. We also saw lots of wildlife in the area, which was an added bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable.Our only real complaint was the beds. Unfortunately, they were very uncomfortable, and no one in our group got much sleep during our stay. Replacing the mattresses with more comfortable options would make a significant difference; there are reasonably priced mattresses available through retailers such as Wayfair. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed the location and surroundings.

Perfect location!

House was just as listed. Enjoyed our stay! We had Elk in the driveway this morning and not far from downtown Estes!

Great place for the price

The cabin was a great price for a 2 bedroom! The outside definitely could use some updating, but the inside was clean and comfortable. We even saw a heard of elk walking by one night! Close to town and the park as well.

Rocky Mountain Haven

This property is perfectly located from RMNP and downtown Estes while not feeling overly crowded with the tourists in town. The property has a nice porch that we enjoyed sitting on. The inside is somewhat outdated, but still gets the job done!

Fine place to stay

Location couldn't be better -- convenient to all parts of Estes Park and to the entrance to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park. It was very clean. Kitchen was extremely well equipped with both cookware and things like spices and ziplock bags, though no coffee. It's basic rather than fancy.
