Perfect Summer get away! Charming 4 bedroom lake front home.

Welcome to Doc's Place! This amazing lakefront house has a tranquil setting on a quiet cul-de-sac.

This 4 bedroom house has all the comforts of home. Top floor has the main bedroom with a king size bed, his and her sinks, a seated vanity and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main floor also has a fully stocked eat in kitchen, separate dining room, living room and screened in porch. The large porch has incredible lake views as well as plenty of room for sitting, eating, relaxing and watching TV.

Downstairs has a large den with ample seating and a futon that sleeps 2. The TV console has games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy. All 3 bedrooms downstairs have queen size beds with 2 of the bedrooms having beautiful lake views. Two roll away beds are located downstairs as well.

Outdoor patio located downstairs with a table for dining and a fire pit just steps away. All firewood is provided by the owner. The lot has a gentle slope to the water. There is a dock platform that has seating, a place for sunbathing and the floating dock slip for your boat. Dock has walk out steps for easy access in and out of the lake for swimming.

Doc's Place is a short drive to Clemson for ball games or other events and close to many grocery stores.

Home was very clean and on the lake. Great space for adults and teens. The screend in porch and coffee each morning was the perfect thing for vacation. Enjoyed our stay. Came for Morgan Wallen and got to visit a beautiful part of South Carolina that I had never seen before. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Very nice older home that is well stocked for all of your vacation needs. From the outside, the house needs some TLC, but the inside is charming and very clean. The dock area and patio area were very nice as well as the screened in porch. The backyard was nice with lots of shade. The front yard needs some maintenance as well as gutters cleaned.We really loved the house and the outside was not an issue, just an observation. Also because of the trees, spiders were everywhere in their webs outside

Excellent location, deep water covered dock was perfect for a rainy day, fire pit for s’mores, quiet neighborhood, cozy house, boating, swimming. A perfect start to the summer!

We loved staying in this home. The location was perfect and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was well stocked and there was a boat ramp just down the road which worked out perfectly. Would stay again if we come back to the area.

First, the only thing better than the house was the host! Shelby was friendly, helpful, and caring. When we had a bit of a family emergency prior to the rental, she went the extra mile to make sure she accommodated us. The house was just as advertised, clean, extremely well stocked and at the end of a quiet dead-end road. Beautiful dock area and great fire-pit. As an added bonus the house is only minutes away from on the water boar fueling. It is an older house and while it does not have the open floor plan of many newer homes, it worked perfectly for our 3-generation group, literally from 7 to 70 years old. Care and attention were evident throughout the house, with signs of recent upgrades from the dock to the furniture. What else could you ask for, extra clean house, great views, plenty of parking, more supplies than you could imagine, the best host, and all at a reasonable price! We have stayed at many rentals on Lake Keowee, and I would rate this one as the best.

The house was perfect for our needs much larger than the pictures showed. Beautiful views and excellent water access. Swimming off the dock was great. The screened in porch and fire pit were perfect.

Felt like we were in the mountains!

Family guys get-together to enjoy a Clemson game. House was perfect for us. Very clean and a beautiful wooded location on Lake Keowee. Loved the plush bath towels , and the owners paid close attention to all the little details, including condiments, toiletries, etc. Highly recommend.
