As soon as you step inside this spacious 3,000 square foot, four-bedroom, single story custom home, you'll be greeted by an open concept design, an airy living space with high ceilings, full of natural light and modern decor.

The magnificent living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The space includes a cozy fireplace, comfortable furnishings, a 75” flat-screen Smart TV with DirecTV, cards and board games. There is ample comfortable seating to fit the entire group and the living room sofa also has a restful pull-out mattress. The dedicated home office is quiet and separate from the other rooms and has FAST high-speed internet that covers the entire property.

Each of the four bedrooms is beautifully appointed, plenty of closet space, with plush bedding, to ensure a good night’s sleep for all guests (up to 13). Smoking and parties are not allowed and will incur $2000 fines. If a pet is inside the house without being notified, there will be a $500 fine.
