When you enter through the front door, you are welcomed by a large kitchen featuring an eat-in dining area that seats four (4).   The kitchen opens to the living room with a bar-height countertop to entertain your guests while you prepare a feast!  Feeling more formal? The formal dining area boasts a six (6) person table, just waiting for laughter to be shared around a home-cooked meal!
In the living room, you will find yourself melting into the couch and loveseat while putting your feet up in front of a 65-inch Smart TV.  Cable TV provided. Log in to your favorite streaming services and get cuddly, but don’t forget to log out when you leave!
Not feeling up to sitting inside?  We have you covered, literally! Walking out the sliding glass door, find yourself sitting in the fully screened-in lanai.  Here, you will find a six (6) person table to sit comfortably around. And if you feel like enjoying the warm breeze, two lounge chairs are there for your pleasure.
The master bedroom features a Tempur-Pedic king-size bed, a full dresser to settle yourself in, and a Smart TV for cuddling up before you hit the hay.   With an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, a jack-and-jill sink, and a walk-in closet, you will feel right at home.
The second bedroom boasts two (2) plush twin-size beds, large closet, dresser, and a Smart TV.  With a full bath right outside the bedroom door, even your guests will enjoy themselves!
Do you work from home?  The office is there for your convenience!  With a 32-inch curved monitor, HDMI hook-ups, printer, and high-speed internet, working from here will feel like you are right at home.  Just plug in and go! Doubling as an overflow sleeping area, the office comes with a large Smart TV and sofa that can be pulled out into a very comfortable queen-size bed.
The laundry room is conveniently located right off the garage, so coming home from the beach and tossing your towels and bathing suits in is a breeze!  Just don’t forget to shake the sand off first, please!
Each room has their own ceiling fan to make your stay more pleasurable and with a user-friendly thermostat, simply turn to the left or right and keep the home set to your comfort!
