Great veiw

The property manager Judith was incredibly friendly and responded quickly to all our questions. Great house for family vacation with view of the ocean, privacy and pool. Only issue is that the site listed the location of house incorrectly. The check-in and check-out was hassle free.

Very nice setup at a breathtaking location

The place was almost perfect. The property manager was very helpful but not intrusive. Pretty much the only issue I had was it was listed on the site as being in south central Long Island, however, it was actually a 25 minute or so drive south of there.

Love the location, home needs some maintenance

Thouroughly enjoyed the location, house was plenty big. The house is in need of maintenace work on it as 2 out of the 4 A/C units were not working, we had one bedroom with no electric in it and the gas stove stopped working. The house manager Judith was very responsive and able to get gas stove fixed. Besides those issues the location is great and we loved the privacy and the pool right outside. This was 3rd trip to Long Island and will certainly be back

We were so excited for this place but upon arrival the place was full of dead bugs all over the floors in bedrooms. We showed the caretaker Judy and a local man with her and he informed us they were bed bugs. So after inspecting mattresses and couch we found many there as well. There were also dead bugs in bathrooms and kitchen The local said it appeared they may have fumigated the place. The caretaker and owner both stated the cleaner was just there that day, which if that’s true they did not clean. The bugs were very easily visible and the place was not clean! I did not feel comfortable staying there at all and upon reaching out the owner, with pictures, he stated he saw no bugs in video presented to him by a contractor earlier and then in same statement said all the bugs were dead. Being on the island it isn’t easy to just go rent another place for a group of 8 so it was the last thing I wanted to deal with but the amount of dead bugs was disgusting. Luckily with the help of a local family we were able to find a fabulous place and enjoyed the rest of our stay!
