Welcome to Your Dream Beachfront Oasis! This stunning ocean-view 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo situated on the 6th floor offers you luxurious and comfortable living experience in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores. Open floor plan with living, dining room and kitchen offer stunning and beautiful views of the ocean and Halifax river. Recently updated with new paint, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms. TV's and appliances.
Living room has large oversized plush reclining loveseat and 2 reclining chairs. Enjoy your favorite show or sporting event on the brand new 75" Samsung Smart TV with sound bar. Or walk outside onto your private patio and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The primary has beautiful brand new white king size bedroom furniture including comfortable king size mattress. Includes beautiful view of ocean from the bedroom window. Primary also has new 43' smart TV and 2 large closets. Primary bath has tub/shower combo with new updated vanity and mirror.
Secondary bedroom has 2 brand new twin bed sets including new orthopedic mattress. Large closet and 40" TV with quick connect HDMI for easy gaming hook up.
Kitchen has updated appliances including new Keurig coffee maker with optional single K cup or full pot. New dishes and silverware
Condo is located right across from street from the drive down beach ramp. Condo includes beach wagon, chairs and some beach toys. Publix is 2 miles away. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well as putt putt , Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Daytona area attractions.
Pool is Open but not heated
Minimum age to rent is 25
Building is Not Handicapped Accessible
No Pets Allowed per condo association rules
No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed at all.
We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.
