Wow, where do I begin? This place was so nice!!! Great location!! Joann's condo was super clean and had everything you needed for a beach vacation. The decor was beautiful and beachy!! Comfy chairs, and comfy beds!!! We couldn't of asked for anything more because she had everything!!! We will definitely stay ther again in the future!! If your looking for a place to stay, give it a try, you will not be disappointed!!!

It doesn't get any better....

Well, though we live on the Gulf Coast of Florida we like our yearly East coast vacations. And for that there is no better place than the OTC. 4th year here, 1st year with Joann, and we couldn't ask for better. CLEAN, WELL MAINTAINED and plenty of extras to make even a rainy day a good one.

Great little gem

We travel quite a bit and rent VRBOS WE are originally from this area. So come back often to visit friends and family here Great location for us ; Daytona beach shores is always better for family and easy access to everything in Greater Daytona area. Not so crazy crowded area. Building /Condo is older but very well kept. Not right on beach but close enough for the value. Has all you need for a week or a month. Would recommend DVD player in "kids" room but other than that was awesome . No washer /dryer in unit but on each floor ( not many units on each floor)so easy and inexpensive to use. But make sure you bring quarters. Pool is nice and easy to get to. Will definitely rent again. Would suggest plastic plates and cups/glasses for kids with families. They also have plenty of beach/pool toys along with coolers /umbrellas and chairs to use for your quick walk to beach or pool.

Great stay near the beach!

We stayed six nights in January while we attended the Rolex 24 Hour race at the speedway. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and the price was reasonable given that an event was taking place in the area. Unfortunately we didn't have any balcony/beach weather while we were three as temps were cool, and we really didn't spend much time at the condo other than sleeping. Joann, the host was terrific to work with and very communicative. We would definitely stay there again!

We would definitely come back if not for the entry stairs. Too inconvenient for loading unloading luggage, groceries etc. other than that it was very emjoyable

Amazing condo and property manager

Property Manager explained everything in detail. The condo was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Pool was quiet and just across the street from the beach. Will stay here again.

Great place to relax at the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is older but well cared for, nice and clean. Beach access is very easy. Closet full of beach items was appreciated. Kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Great property, location, and manager

The property manager, JoAnne, was very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay both before and during. The property was nice and clean and provided everything we were expecting. There was some construction on the building going on at the time, which couldn't be helped and was no ones fault but JoAnna made up for it anyway. Very nice of her. I recommend this property.

This was a great spot to be!

We loved our stay! The pool was so quiet and clean which was a big plus! We loved being right across the street from the beach! The Condo was clean, and great for what we needed! The beds were ok, but I have an iffy back and brought my mattress topper/foam to make it softer(personal preference). The kitchen had all we needed, and restaurants were so close by as well. We were so close to daytona speedway, as well as the outlets and many great shops down the main strip to the boardwalk! This was our first time to this area. Next time we may try the Ormond area for different but this unit won’t disappoint! Plus the washer/dryer was close to unit and easy to utilize! The views are nice as well! Joanne was super kind and helpful and a great host!

The condo was great , had lots of beach toys , kitchen week stocked with small appliances

Joanne was awesome to work with . We very much enjoyed our stay . Not any fault of Joanne’s , the building in general needs a ramp . Was very hard getting the wagon full of beach stuff up and down the steps . But I would for sure stay in her condo again ! Thanks Joanne

Great week with family!

We loved our stay with Joann! The condo was clean. Check-in was smooth. Communication was prompt and easy. The location is wonderful and the other residents in the building were so sweet and pleasant to talk to. We often had the pool to ourselves and if there were others present, it wasn't overly crowded. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes (across the street) and going between the beach and pool was simple (because heaven forbid we stay somewhere for more than an hour...🙄). There were beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys available for use in the condo so we didn't have to lug those things from home. We enjoyed our trip and hope to stay with Joann again next year!

The condo made our extended vacation perfect

We took an extended vacation to Daytona Beach and wanted to stay in a condo versus a hotel for that extended period of time. The condo was spacious, clean;, and had everything we needed. We were able to save money by having breakfast and lunch in the condo and it had all the cooking utensils and appliances we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach which was rarely crowded. JoAnn was an amazing host and made check-in and our very easy as well as checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We can’t wait to come back.

I Love the beach, easy going. Did I say I love the beach, sun, sand, and the sound of the waves. The decor will put you in the mood for a great summer vacation. The ocean is such a beautiful place . I love walking on the beach. I always feel free from stress when I’m at the beach. The wind, sound of the waves, smell of the salt in the air, the sand in your toes give me such enjoyment. I try to keep my units stocked with all of the things to have a great stay at the beach. You will find my units very clean. I try to keep them updated and make them a comfortable place to enjoy and relax.
