No pool, no hot tub, no 2nd balcony. Room was dirty, garbage still in trash can from last people and grey dust covering everything. Tv would not turn on. The balcony that was available did not have a lock to secure the door and the wind kept opening it. We left after the first day as it was a safety concern having a 4 year old with us that could easily get out onto to the balcony.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations. For clarity to future guests, this condo does feature two balconies. Due to an active building-wide concrete and balcony restoration project, one of the balconies associated with this unit was temporarily closed by the construction team at the time of your arrival. This project, including estimated closure timelines, is disclosed within the listing and noted as subject to change, as it is managed entirely by the building association and can shift without notice. Amenities such as the pool and hot tub are also controlled by the building, and any known closures or limitations are disclosed in advance within the listing so guests can make informed decisions prior to booking. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and what you described does not reflect our standards. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have immediately sent our housekeeping team to address any concerns. Regarding the TV and balcony door, we provide both standard support and an emergency contact line for urgent matters to ensure guest safety and comfort, and we would have promptly assisted if given the opportunity. We regret that you chose to depart early and wish you had reached out so we could have worked to resolve these concerns during your stay.

It was the best of the best

I have stayed here 3 times now an i wouldn't have it any other way. The owner was amazing. Our air went out the 1st night. He made it right within an hour.we had a great time and will be back.

Beach condo with perfect view.

We stayed five nights and were/are completely amazed by this property. The view from either balcony is breathtaking. Easy parking and access to the pool and beach were also a plus. The location is close to shopping and groceries and restaurants.

Best trip!

We had a great stay! Even with the renovations being done on the property from the hurricane, it was easy to access the beach. All items were as described in the room and they even had extra beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available for us to use! Super convenient to also have a washer and dryer in the room!

Great beach access

This was a perfect location for our family. We were glad we chose a place we could easily access the beach at any time. The view from the balconies were fantastic. The condo itself was very comfortable and well maintained, the building as a whole not quite as well.

We loved it! Very pretty area and the place we stayed at was very nice and cozy and absolutely loved the two separate balconies! Also has a bunch of places to eat near and shops.
