Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Leave used beds unmade, towels in laundry basket
All food removed
Garbage out to shed & recyclable items rinsed & placed in yellow lid bin in shed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely NO SMOKING on the premises, including outside. Maximum 7 guests. (Crib on premises- not counting as one of 7)
Please DO NOT USE FRONT DOOR this is for emergencies!
NO MORE THAN 6 cars in parking area by shed/back deck. Neighbors will call me if more than 6 vehicles!
