Vail/Beaver Creek: Mountain retreat, comfort, convenience and enjoyment!

Our beautiful Colorado townhouse comes fully equipped for your enjoyment winter and summer! It doesn't get much better staying here for your getaway vacation. It's beautiful, it's convenient and it's comfortable.

The main level boasts an open floor plan with high ceiling, hardwood floors, fireplace, spacious kitchen, round glass dining table and large granite counter bar area for entertaining and casual snacks. Laundry, guest powder room and master bedroom are also on the main level. The master bedroom and bath have vanity, walk-in closet and dressing area. Upstairs office/desk loft area, and 2 more bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Bottom level recreation room for TV, games and extra sleeping area.

Just steps from the front door are the outdoor pool and hot tub. In addition, guest privileges are available at the community Homestead Fitness Club / Gym for exercise, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, cardio equipment, weights, Pilates and fitness classes.

Our location is just 2 blocks from the unique Riverwalk complex situated along the picturesque Eagle River, where you can eat at one of a dozen restaurants, pick up groceries, shop or go to the movies. Walking trails, open summer and winter, along the Eagle river are beautiful for walking or bike riding and are adjacent to the Riverwalk.

For summer and winter sports, we are located just 5 minutes from Arrowhead, 10 minutes from Beaver Creek and about 15 minutes from Vail. We are walking distance from the bus route to all these popular ski/shopping destinations. If you fly direct into Eagle airport (EGE), we are just a 20 minute drive.

Great Tournament home

Great base camp

Skiied Beaver Creek and Vail in January and loved the location for proximity to both locations, the Eagle/ Vail airport and Glenwood Hot Springs. The condo has plenty of space for the family and the amenities were spot on. Strongly recommended.

Wonderful Townhouse in Edwards

This was a great townhouse that had plenty of room for my family and my friend's family. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The extra game room on the first floor was perfect for the kids to play while the adults hung out on the main floor. It was a quick drive to skiing at Beaver Creek. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo has a great layout with a second living room in a bright and spacious lower level where our teens could spread out. We had not stayed in Edwards before and really enjoyed it. Easy access to the resort and convenient grocery store and restaurants. Thanks for a great visit!

The property was excellent, it worked perfect for my group. It is very clean, up to date, comfortable and easily accessible to Edwards, Vail and Beaver Creek. And the hot tub with pool house is very convenient and enjoyable. I/we hope to stay there again.

Very Comfortable Condo

We've been staying in the Edwards area for many years on annual ski trips, and this condo was one of the best. Easy to get to, heated garage for 2 vehicles, clean comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, good sized laundry machines, plenty of bathrooms, warm gas fireplace, etc. It snowed 2 feet while we were there, and the neighborhood association even plowed and cleared the garage entrance so we could get out and hit the slopes early. We would stay here again.

This property was exactly what we needed for our family ski trip. We shared this fabulous place with our son and his family. It suited our needs perfectly. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy each other with comfortable beds and cozy furniture to relax after long days on the slopes. Beautiful views and a well equipped kitchen. Toys, games and sleds for the grandkids with a separate playroom. Would definitely stay again!

plenty of beds although our group was only 5 people. "Playroom" downstairs was great place for kids to play and watch TV. Heated garage was a plus. Owners were very accomodating as they replaced non- working humidifiers the next day. We recommend it.

Edwards Ski Trip

Our family of five was very comfortable in this property during our 6 day ski trip to Beaver Creek and Vail. Edwards is a great location as it is close to many ski hills and restaurants. We thought the condo was well taken care of, plenty of supplies were in the condo and we all slept well in the beds. We enjoyed watching all the football games over the New Year. Thanks!!! We are hoping to rent this condo again in the future.

Great Value, Great Location

The condo was clean and well laid out with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We enjoyed using the hot tub located just a few steps across the parking lot. We were in need of more wash cloths and the host had the cleaning person run some over in no time at all. Great location to ski Vail and Beaver Creek. The heated garage was great for skis and equipment. One suggestion would be to have a pull out couch in the basement area rather than the main living room.

Wonderful find in Edwards

We’ve stayed in multiple properties in Edwards over the past 3 years and this was our favorite. The space fit our family (parents + 3 kids) perfectly. Everyone had a space to call their own and the common spaces were great for family game and movie nights. Kitchen was well stocked but not over stocked. Beds were comfy and pillows and extra blankets were available if needed. It was great having access to the Homestead Center and the outdoor hot tub on property. The property managers were incredibly responsive to our needs. Really great all around!

Family Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for our family of five including a three-year-old and an eight-year-old. Roomie and safe, comfortable and family friendly. The house is lovely, but nothing is so precious that you had to worry about the children destroying it we even cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner for seven with ample space for dining and all of the kitchen equipment that was needed. The house has beautiful Mountain views that during our stay were covered with snow. The kids sledded in the backyard and played on the playground across the street. You are minutes from downtown Edwards and 15 minutes from Vail.

The perfect ski basecamp

This was our first year staying at this property and I hope it's not our last. This well-equipped property had everything we needed for a perfect long weekend in the mountains. We especially loved the ability to park in the garage! It made loading/unloading from our daily ski trips very easy. The rental features we also loved include the fireplace in the main living room and the game room in the basement. It was a quick drive to both Beaver Creek and Vail resorts and there are plenty of great restaurants to enjoy in Edwards. This is our fourth year spending Presidents Day weekend in the area, and this was our best year, in part due to this rental. See you next year!
