We had such and enjoyable time. Sitting in the hotub with the soothing sound of the creek was so relaxing. We loved the setup of the home and our doggie loved the ability to run an play.
Best rental in Shenandoah for hiking - trails start right at the front door! No driving to trailheads needed. After trying several rentals that required 20-30 minute drives to trails, this spot in the heart of the park is unbeatable.
Timber Creek Falls was a fantastic stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the short hike to the private waterfall and our morning hike up the driveway! Great communication with the host and the check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Extremely private getaway with amazing views from the deck and hot tub, along with the wonderful sounds of the waterfall below. Rent with confidence!
Beautiful and secluded property, where you can relax while listening to the sound of the nearby waterfall. Having a hot tub, grill, and other amenities added to the fun. Would recommend doing a large grocery run prior to checking in to limit the times needed to come and go.One thing to note if this isn’t indicated in the property description: it’s definitely recommended to have an SUV or at least AWD. The driveway is steep and gravelly, and the gravel can shift after rain. My husband is used to driving on these types of roads but even he found it a little challenging at times in a sedan.
