Mystic Creek Retreat (next to Blue Ridge)

Summary:
Mystic Creek Retreat is nestled in the North Georgia Mountains for a tranquil and private escape. This hilltop cabin overlooks Hothouse Creek, which is located less than 150 feet away from the cabin and surrounded by vegetation that helps you bond with nature. The cabin sleeps 10 people which includes 3 bedrooms, 3 in-suite bathrooms, loft area with full bed and a queen memory foam sleeper sofa. We are in the woods but very accessible to Hwy 60 between Blue Ridge, McCaysville and Toccoa River.

The Space:
The cabin offers a spacious circular gravel driveway for multiple vehicles to park. You can enter and exit the property with ease since we’re not located on a steep or inclined mountain side road. The cabin has a comfortable patio where you can entertain family and friends outside over the soft illumintating bistro string lights. The patio offers a barbeque grill, rocking chairs and a 6 person teak dinning table. On the ground floor you can take a dip in the jacuzzi, stretch out in one of our many chairs and full size rope hammocks, or gather by the fire pit for laughs and smores. You can also meander down our steps to the creek to listen to the calming ripples and soft currents of the stream stocked with trout or take a walk along the woodlands where you are certain to spot deer, turkey, rabbits and birds of every feather from hummingbirds, blue jays, cardinals to woodpeckers and finches.

This wildlife theme continues inside the cabin, with trout and animal representation in the artwork and decorations which includes an impressive white tailed-deer and antler chandelier illuminating the family room. The family room is located on the main floor where you will find 2 spacious and comfortable reclining Natuzzi Leather Sofas, ottoman, rustic end tables, large 55 " flat screen TV, wireless Bluetooth speakers to play your tunes, DVD Player, DirecTV and surround sound . It also has an indoor wood fireplace with stonework to relax and take sometime to sit back and enjoy the warmth and comfort it provides. The dining table is a rustic farm house table that seats 6, plus an additional 6 seats in the outdoor teak dinning table located on the same level outdoor patio .

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals for family and friends or entertain a crowd. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel gas stove/oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, crock pot, drip coffeemaker, coffee grinder, electric toaster, food processor, cutting boards, stand up blender and hand blender, mortar, premium pots, pans, skillets and wine bottle opener. It also includes ceramic plates, premium glassware, wine and champagne glasses, mugs, eating utensils, serving utensil, chef knifes and any other imaginable small appliances and gadgets you will need to cook a gourmet meal. The kitchen also has a small movable island for meal preps.

Wake up in the morning in the main floor bedroom in a king bed hand crafted Amish bed, large dresser and end tables. This king bed has a pillow top mattress and an on-suite bathroom. The room has a 45" smart tv and DVD player and ceiling fan. This room overlooks the patio área and the creek.

Move your way up to the top floor through our unique mountain laurel staircase the leads you to a loft area to a full size bed with a pillow top mattress and end tables handcrafted by a local artist utilizing materials native to our surrounding area.

On the top floor you will also find a second master suite bedroom with a queen bed and pillow top mattress. This upstairs master bedroom features a handcrafted Amish bed, night tables and standup dresser with on-suite bathroom, 45" smart tv and DVD player, ceiling fan and private balcony with creek view and (2) Adirondack chairs and table.

Head downstairs to the media room on the ground floor which has a large leather Natuzzi reclining sofa sectional with ottoman, large 65"smart flat screen TV's and DVD Player, DirecTV and surround sound. The media room also has a new Arcade Game with over 8,000 games with no coins needed and a bar caddy for wine and spirts. The media room has an premium leather Italian queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. In this ground floor you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer for easy convenience.

In this ground floor you will find the third bedroom with a queen bed and pillow top mattress. This bedroom features a handcrafted barnwood bed with stand up dresser, (2) nightstands , 45" smart tv and DVD player, ceiling fan and on-suite bathroom.

Out on the main and lower deck area you have the choice of walnut rocking chairs, swing, hammock chairs and dipping in the jacuzzi to relax in and take in the view under the soft illumintating bistro string lights. There's also plenty of additional creek view seating on the outside lower deck too, with 10 Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit. The outdoor seating area allows you to enjoy white tail deer, turkey, and furry animals roaming the yard and surrounding area throughout the day. The abundance of birds will leave you scrambling for binoculars to see bluejays, finches, red cardinals, and hummingbirds.

This cabin and surrounding property will leave you satisfying both your fun-seeking side and the part of you that yearns to relax and unwind, its the perfect place for your next vacation.

We have a heavy duty wooden 3 container trash bin outside the property for easy access when throwing out trash bags.
