Why they chose this property

This property is in an amazing location and I love the historic, classic vibe! This is a cozy complex that is quiet in a mellow neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Close to downtown, true mid-century modern. Built in 1949 as a motel and later converted to condos. A lot of the furniture pieces are truly vintage.
