Enjoy a relaxing & peaceful vacation in our 2-bed, 2-bath Condo, located in Davenport, FL. It offers a cozy living & dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of each other and can both be considered Master Bedrooms. The condo has beautiful lighting and a good-sized balcony to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The property is about a 25 to 30-minute drive from Disney and 45 minutes from Universal. It is located in a quiet and safe Gated Community. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

• Lock the condo door (press the lock button inside) • Send us a quick message once you’ve checked out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music or sounds after 10pm! HOA is strict No more than 6 people allowed Please do not use outside shoes inside
Put Trash bags in bin by front door daily. Bags can’t be bigger than 13-gallons. Throw any other bags in Dumpsters by Bldgs 1 and 2
Please don’t use towels for makeup removal.

This place was perfect. The pictures of the place doesn't do it justice. This place is very clean and very well taken care of. They have everything you need to make you feel at home. It's a gated community too. A lot of road construction going on in the area was the only problem, but was not too bad.

Bianca is an excellent host and very attentive to detail. The accommodations were perfect for me and my family. Beautifully decorated, pleasantly surprised with the proximity to food and activities as well as the quietness of the condo. This place is a gem and we will visit this same condo again in the future.
