The house is accessible by stairs. Sorry, no elevator. There is a large front porch space. The living room and kitchen/dining island occupy the same entry space. There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms and above is a loft that is accessed via a ladder. Someone could sleep on the couch if needed.

The entire property is accessible to guests with the exception of the owner's closet.

The house is located in the brand NEW Villas at Rollover Bay subdivision. It's not on the beach but very close. There is a communal lookout deck, pond, and firepit in the neighborhood towards the beginning of the street, further down the road from there, across the main Highway, you’ll find the beach.

The garage and driveway can roughly accommodate 3-4 vehicles.
No parties, please.

Children using the loft should be at least 10 years old or accompanied by an adult.

Good stay

This house is brand new!. It is small but very pretty! The house was very clean. The house got a room on the second floor, which got an unusual ladder. These stairs are mainly for young people. Overall, we rested and had fun! Yet you need to cross the road to get to the beach. Most likely you will need to drive to the beach.
